I started full and eventually got a low taper mainly because I have a widows peak and and the right side doesn’t grow on the same side the left does so I tapered it to even it out and I usually wait a really long time before getting them done to give my hair time to grow to try to prevent push backs but my tapers so low it’s barely noticeable

you do need front tapers, i think you are saying it just gotta be small as hell. front tapers make the line more sharp and your barber can't push it back unless you want it pushed back. so really just stop suggesting to get your taper pushed back more and just keep it as small as possible

Y’all I need some help. I have twists rn and I’m growing out the sides and back of my my hair because the taper is getting higher and higher. So I got a low taper and I’m growing out the rest. The problem is my hairline. The hair on my hairline was getting higher too so I’m growing it out rn but idk what to do because it’s too short to twist it but I don’t want a mini fro on the front of my head😭😭😭
Let it grow! Haven’t gotten a haircut in years and it’s been the best! Hairline looking good, I avoid any fades (I’m just saying if I get a haircut again, no fades at all please!). Save money and don’t have to worry about your hair looking patchy. Also saved my hairline from further receding.

Nah I got a taper for my high top locs and it looks normally my hairline grows back so if one haircut my shit to big I can just ask them to add the hair. My shi fye tho.

Learn how to cut your own shi, and just make sure you brush down before you cut your front taper. It would get pushed back that way
