If somebody doesn't pickup this set of houses with its wonderful garden then no one is paying attention. 119,000 Euros is an amazing price. The first house is so perfect on so many levels. The second house with its expansion possiblities is a jewel in the rough. The area is obviously a beautiful region. This one of the best house tours ever. The property is literally telling you what you need to do with it. Thank you once again Fiorella and Aiden for this inspiration.

Wow! Such a great house and property and price. You know by now I'm a retired realtor in New York. I must compliment you again on your presentations you go into such detail and explain the options. You move your camera at the right pace you have the music that is perfect not blaring nice and soft I love the Italian music on partial but your honesty shines through. You're so right these homes in Piedmont are wide I love that rather than going up for flights of steps. I also love when you talk about comfortable steps I know that feeling been doing it a long time when you say they're comfortable I could see their comfortable you're just a pleasure to watch and listen to if I ever get to Italy I will take you and your husband to a nice dinner. Chow! This is just dream for the right people who can have such lovely home to move right in, and then have a little work as one can handle as they go! If you did not need an income right a way and you can just spend your extra time painting some and just fixing a few things up as you wish, it would be perfect for so many I think the closets and furniture is lovely but probably not all staying plus maybe not Chandeliers or are they all included? I know there is much going out right now and probably would need to know just what is going and what is not? Same with washer etc. Best to always know for sure what is included or not.
Do not think the road is too busy it does not seem super busy? This could be a lovely home from the right family! So much to offer. Am sure it will not last long People will see all they will have in the end with some money and work put into a couple other area but first maybe their own home just so they have what they need to be comfortable! Nothing like having your own furniture al settled in and clothes and pictures up and it is home! This would not be hard to call 'home' am sure.

That garage has some wonderful possibilities. I'm seeing a side made into an art studio where all that wonderful light is coming in.
The rest of the house is moving ready.The only thing I change is the color of paint on some of the walls because it's out of context with the tone quality of the marble floors.
Great property! I would use the taberetta as a living room, love the arched windows. Interesting, so many doors with windows in bedrooms and bathroom. Is there a break in problem in Italy with all the bars everywhere.
Hi, in Italy you can't really generalise.
Bars were in fashion at many stages and a sign of strength. Also some older people like to put bars to feel safer.
Keep in mind as well that many, many homes here are second and third holiday homes that people visit infrequently
RE 15:37 In USA we would call this a Den. kind of the closer friends area, good for parties and game day and hanging out informally with best friends.

Beautiful property. Is there any hospital nearby or pharmacy? Medical facilities is what sometimes puts you off buying something in these pretty villages.
Most towns even if they are small have a pharmacy and a doctor. A bigger hospital is about 30min away

Do you mean why there were no lights on? If that's the case, it's because often when a house is not inhabited the owners disconnect the electricity.
Is the place sold with the contents we are seeing?
It is not clear as yet. It's would be something to discuss with the realtor
I live it with the land and all. But it's just to much house for me . I'd be happy with a smaller 2 maybe 3 bed house and cantina for alittle less money. Something I could afford to move in and retire but not use all my savings. At the moment.

Ciao. We don't know. Usually furniture talk is to be had during negotiations, especially when there are valuable antique pieces in a place. When the furniture is not too special a prospective buyer can request to be left inside the house or removed
