I bought your course on Udemy...
Where can I find 3D engine model needed for course?
It was free as far as I know. May be it's not free now. But I see price is too high if I need model just to learn course.

There are quite a lot heavy duty gas turbines in the lower power range, too, between 5 and 50 WW, good example here are Solar Turbines. These don't come anywhere near the efficiency of an aeroderivates in simple cycle, 30 vs.37-40%. However being bad simple cycle means often very good for Cogen.

High quality video! I've read many books on combined cycle power plants but this is the best way to learn the material.

Hi John, would you be interested in doing a video about an air separation unit that extracts nitrogen, oxygen and argon ? There is enough detail in them to make an interesting upload, especially with the format you use and excellent teaching voice you have. ☺️🙏🏼

Hello thank you for that beautiful informative video. But isn't those stages of blades supposed to be fixed at 180 degree to each others? Should not there be one rotary stage and one 180 degree oriented fixed stsge?

At 9:32, where direction do the compressor blades rotate to compress the air? May be obvious but I can’t be quite sure.

I had an idea, am an inventor of a new type of high efficiency power plant, i design useing natural material characteristics and bunch them in the design roundabout. It’s uses sun rays in the 4 wave length types and it at surfaces and under to keep that 2,000 degree below even with opening insulated. The the chamber shaped to play with the law of mass, meaning a pilot light below gas flame enough to keep the mass in the zone, and wetting down for steam 10-15% the mass recover that in second, meaning you can harvest steam almost continuously with temperature control pilot light, sun rays 4 types and the earth is natural oven , sama as humidity temperature keep the heat not escaping above and it’s a hybrid sun during the day and low gas use at night .. I tryed to give the idea to G.E. CEO wrote a nice email back long ago, saying like the idea but GM policies they not allowed to accept outside idea, has to be through a company’s I could form. Told him nah, I dabble in many area of more to my interests it’s a roundabout , I love cracking problems, got tons
