For me personally? Yes, no question. That said I collect art books and Zelda is my all time favorite franchise. I've also got Hyrule Historia and am keeping an eye out for any news on book 3 Hyrule Encyclopedia.
Oliver, IMHO, I would say it's only worth it if you are a collector. If you are not, you would glance at the book probably once or twice and then it will rest in your library. In my case, I see absolutely no value for a book with just illustrations, let alone for $40. On the other hand, Hyrule Historia (and Encyclopedia, I assume) have content that you can actually comment or discuss a bit more. I also can recommend the manga if you are into that sort of thing: they are non-canon, but some stories are even better than the original plot, in my opinion.

Also I noticed a misprint in the character illustrations from Wind Waker, they switched Jalhalla and Molgera's names.

Windwaker, by far. It's the most radical artstyle in the extremes when compared to the "raelistic/semi-realistic" style of other (adult) Link games. I love the cel-shading.
