I love that you don’t press people when they have amazing stuff. You’re already getting good stuff at a good deal. No reason to be greedy. Love the videos and they make me happy. Thank you Froggy from New Mexico
OMG, I loved Drop Dead Fred! For once I actually wish I got to pick up what you did! Great video. Love that as usual you payed more than what he was asking. What a collection he had but you can tell it wasn’t bringing him joy any more so it was time for him to pass it on to someone who it would! I have one of those glasses but it’s the Empire Strikes Back. Used maybe twice and just sitting in my cupboard. I don’t even watch the movies ever. Guess I should find someone who would like it.
I dont exactly know what it is about your channel but it just makes the day better. Fantastic pick-ups love the giant turtles so nostalgic to me stay blessed sir
I love when you look at hot wheels. I’m a massive hot wheels guy and it makes me happy when you take a chance on them! Some of the other stuff is super valuable and expensive. If you get it at a good price it is worth your time! Awesome video!
Amazing indeed! it pains me to see him letting go of those gems but those were definitely sold to the right buyer/collector! The one and only Froggy! U rock!
what an awesome video, a great haul for sure, one thing that bugged me a little is why his PS5 is upside down haha, it just threw me off haha. great video froggy
im an 18 year old from the uk and you give me hope that i can do this, youre an inspiration and the love you give to the people and the scene is truly a work of art
This guy had awesome nostalgia collection! Great score on the vhs Garbage Pail Kids movie! I got lucky and got a copy when a video store was going out of business. And I have some of the GPK figurines from the trash cans of candy. Also love the Nintendo trophy things. Seen I think pixel Dan get one before
Sweet score. I used to have the jungle green N64 with controllers. Did the mistake of letting a " friend " borrow it. Never saw it again 😢 that rocksteady is awesome.and that Punch out trophy, I didn't know they existed those are cool !!
I have only ever seen pictures of those punch-out "trophies" in good shape. I have seen one that was found in some dirt and broken unfortunately. The search continues...... !
It's a tony the tiger diver. Take a 2 leiter bottle fill almost to the top put it in the bottle and squeeze it and Tony dives to the bottom! I got one out of the cereal box in the either late 80s or very early 90s.
They have those Trophy figures of mario and legend of zelda. i collect the zelda ones. Originally, they came in a black box that had a clear see through part.
as a NES collector it pains me, when people buy empty boxes and or manuals, and say "i have a cart at home, now i can complete my copy" NES games have codes on the boxes and manuals, different print runs, even different dust covers, just mixing random pieces together, is terrible.
That Tony The Tiger thing was a cereal toy. I had one as a kid. They were meant to go in water. We would throw them in the pool to make them “dive” and then they would come to the surface and “bob” up and down. You unlocked a good memory as a kid. My brother and I would throw them in the pool and then dive off the deck into the water after them.
@@Oluabayo if I recall, if you put him in a bottle and put a lid on it and squeezed the bottle he sunk to the bottom, right? And then when you released he surfaced
Frosted Flakes Cereal Toy from my childhood. Get a 2-Liter Bottle and fill it up with water. Place Tony the Tiger into the bottle and place cap back on. Flip the bottle upside down and watch the magic happen!!
I'm pretty sure you can squeeze the bottle and it bobs up and down with the pressure. I remember pulling those from the cereal. I think there is like 6 or 8.
Yeah, it is called a cartesian diver. squeezing the bottle increases the water pressure outside of the diver, so what was floating now sinks... or something like that.@@kurtbertling2511
What i always wonder is how collectible present day stuff will be in 20-30 years. My guess is Anthony is around my age and he probably grew up in the 80s and 90s so this age group is right around the age now that we have jobs and income to buy collectibles like this. If he is planning to hold his stuff forever, than this isnt an issue, but if he plans to sell in say 10-20 more years in the future, i wonder if the next generation will share in the same interests like star wars, gi joe, tmnt, etc or if they will be more interested in IPs from their youth like Pokemon, Halo, etc. Will be interesting to see...
Good question. A lot of stuff that was once very collectible just literally died, and it was because the people who wanted it literally died. Carnival Glass. Hummels. Try selling Gene Autry collectibles or anything from the Dionne Quints. As far as 80's retro goes, since 80's kids are in their 40's and 50s, we've got at least 25 years before the market may go soft. If it ever does.
@@jimjones308 Baseball and other cards from the 90s also kinda died too unless you spend money to get them graded, but that is more of a shift in how collecting goes. Will be interesting to see in 25 years if the market for collectibles is still there...well if im still alive...
I don’t collect, but for some reason, I like watching your videos. Thanks for being entertaining.
Same :@

Pez collector here, Pez did not make a Pee Wee Pez, was probably a "fantasy" dispenser which just means someone made it.
Yep, it’s a custom for sure.
Let your mate know his PS5 is upside down

That Nintendo power magazine graded is worth almost 10k that was the best pickup of the day.
That would be like the highest grade. This is a very low grade. I still love it though
