  • Our existing coordination structures - governments, nonprofits, inter-governmental agencies - are not doing enough to address the planet's biggest problems, like climate change. Pooja Shah and her team at the Web3 startup Tephra Labs are developing better coordination systems to allow individuals to get involved in both long-term problems as well as short-term critical challenges, such as disaster response, by aligning incentive mechanisms. Through projects, like Radius, Tephra Labs is empowering individuals to work together on issues and problems that they are most passionate about solving.
