Sahil is a Champ.🏆 I have never seen such a passionate and dedicated intern like Sahil. No one can tell from his work that he is just a second year student. Great to have him around.😃👍🏻
Sahil is really lucky to have the opportunity to learn the intricacies of law at such a nascent stage of his career. Every Law student dreams to have a mentor like you sir ! Kudos to you too !!
It is always a very pleasant experience when the person you are learning from and u consider him as a mentor is as good as Amish sir and willing to gove time to teach the very nuances of law. And it goes along with the saying, "everyone can be a good student, but not every good student can be a teacher". And in his case getting to learn from someone experienced and well versed and willing to teach is a best thing.
currently i am in 12th standard and i always think that i will go out , will chill with frnds n all after getting into a medical college , but here i learnt that the commitment and sacrifice you should do , even i don't give my time from 9 to 5 in studies but from now i have some serious commitment to me thank you sahil i always get to know something better here ..... thank you amish sir for bringing up this video and sahil you are doing too good !!!!!!!!!
Absolutely true that one has to deal with the court staffs in such a manner that things are done at end of day. This is the most important part in advocacy as well for which some young lawyers very quickly get triggered, loose temper and ruin the terms and conditions with the court staff and ultimately, they face unnecessary delay in miscellaneous works.
So Amish Sir, this is the third time that I am watching this video. My first year has just begun and I've been selected for an internship under a Criminal Advocate which will begin from tomorrow i.e October 1, 2021. Normally people start out from Mondays, but I would be starting it out from a Friday. Tomorrow itself, the advocate whom I'll be working under has a matter of Bail and one of an Anticipatory Bail under the Dindoshi Sessions Court, Mumbai. What Sahil has told us here has just peaked my motivation to a different level, looking at his dedication, I wish to learn new things at my internship too and I do wish to apply the same amount of dedication that Sahil has while working for you. Hope that you make videos like these which are relevant for law students more often. ✨
Iam a 20 year old law student searching for an internship. After watching this video i think, the best to happen me now is to get a internship the way sahil got, and to work hard in the internship the way Sahil did... All the Best Sahil if you need any as you already must be doing well in your carrier. Just hoping get an internship like sahil. This actually motivated me.❤❤❤❤
Everything is fine n appreciable but doing all this at the cost of your own law school is something Mr. Amish should have discouraged himself. Yes yes, he did say, Sahil listens to the classes. But, thats not effective. Neither would get the desired amount of attention required. Also, the fact that Sahil stayed just 100m away from Amish made it so feasible for him of his all time availability. So, the newbies here:dont romanticise following this practice blindly.
Dear Amish, You could make this conversation more interesting convey by using more Mother tongue. I belive you know Sahil is shy and hesitant to expres his real thoughts and expressions. He is reluctant in English though he's doing best from his side.
Do BCI RULES have any value and importance? Because it says you can't intern except during Holidays, and you can't intern continuously for more than a month under one single advocate.
To dear sahil, i really hope you read your books at least. That's a non negotiable thing to do no matter how much court exposure you are getting so early on.
Sir I didn't understand one thing. If Sahil interns with you from 9 AM to 5PM when does he go to college? I also want to do the same thing but the problem is attendance. Also can you learn law without attending classes?
Hi Sir ... I am a 2nd Year Law student under University of Calcutta ... Can I go under a senior advocate for learning law properly practically from now on ....?
