Hello Sir, I hope you are fine. I am studying in first year, yesterday I come to know that if we have any FIR or NC against us then we cannot get licence for practice. ("सनद"). My family's enemy filed a fake NC against me in 2017 , nothing happened till now , am I able to get license of practice in future ???
It's not big issue. If any case is registered against you, you just need to inform your bar association at the time of enroll. And If it is a false case then go for quashing. About quashing FIR ... Video is uploaded in my channel. You can get some information. Again No issue about your enrollment.

Nahi hota bhai, law firm me kaam karne se to nahi hota of you are working as an advocate, company me kisi aur post par kaam karoge to suspend karwana padta hai licence. Working as an advocate in any law firm or company does not leads to cancellation of license.
