can you please explain what you did at 2:34 as after hiding line art you are still able to see the character in color layer..its too speed to understand

Thanks for asking ... I duplicated the line art on the color layer below. Then Expand the line Art and merge it with the gray plane by selecting both my line art and gray plane to Isolet the plane outside the line Art. Then I can color it. Hope it helps feel free to ask if you have more questions.
