    One of the biggest reasons of people fearing to treat their mental health is that ki humko pata nahi hai kis doctor ke paas jana hai. Hum bus Psychiatrist tak pahuch paate hain jo humko medicines khila khila ke maar deta hai. Psychologist tak toh bus 0.001% log pahuch paate hain. Aur iska main reason hai unavailability of Psychologists services at reasonable rates. Psychologists bhi bahut unethical and money minded hain India ke like 99% of the doctors.

    Vitamin D deficiency prevents magnesium absorption. Only 1% of magnesium is seen in blood, The rest of magnesium is found in cells especially the nervous system.
    300 enzymes of the body need magnesium required to work properly.

      Bro do the right things, keep your life simple, read some books, skip social media and reels.. talk to your family and close friends.. take plenty of rest and quality of sleep.. go outside talk to people, know more about others what others are doing, plan some trip not so expensive.. but yes apko maja ana chahiye, our country is huge and so diverse.. try to learn more and more about it, learn some new skills like arts painting, music.. play some instrument.. there are lots more you will never feel empty and depressed..

      Pahle toh ghabrana ni, dusra jab bhi apko sona hai, sone se 2 hours pahle have your meal, turn off your room light, and no digging in your phone, just try to sleep or you can try to read as simple.. faltu me pareshan ho

      Learn new skills which will bring you to not only money but good friends/colleagues.. then try to interesting things like cook for yourself to treat yourself.. travel alot not expensive trips but yes travel alot explore our diverse country.. have good sleep.. set goals.. learn something more interesting like playing musical instruments.. painting.. singing.. driving.. and read alot you will get your answers as well .🎉 its very simple.. just be as you are and don't expect anything from anyone
