thank you for the video , what are the final dimensions of the resulted rectangular profile you created ? the perimeter of a 1" pipe is 8cm so the profile can be 3x1 cm or perhaps 2.5x1.5 cm ? I have the same cells from battery hookup also 7S config and the tabs are not long they are between 1.0 -1.5 cm some are longer and some are shorter - and under the short tab there is the plastic bar that makes it even more difficult to accommodate 1cm width bus bar.. so i wonder if you created all 6 bus bars with same profile or you created each one according to the actual tab length ? ..
