Thanks for the recipe! I noticed that your ghee is quite thick (it would depend on the ambient temperature). The thing is that the quantity can vary depending on the thickness. A more exact measure would be melted ghee. How much would that be?

Hello Reshmi, as u said the cake is outstanding. Made it for my grand daughter’s second birthday, today and it was really so soft and tasty. It came out well. Baked in preheated oven (180 degree) for 30 minutes in 160 degree. Thanks a lot for the recipe🙏💞🥰

Reshmi Mm, I regularly watch your recipes and I ve done atleast half a dozen of them to be frank Most of them has come out very very well. 😂I suggest you to do an eggless ghee cake recipe. Also pls do Karal Vadai, a recipe famous only in Trivandrum.
