VIXX was one of the og 3rd gen groups that inspired a lot of trends in kpop like bright colored contact lenses, chokers, and being shirtless under a suit jacket 👍🏻 they were known as The Concept Kings of Kpop since they've done concepts like voodoo dolls, cyborgs, vampires, greek gods, and more. You might actually like their last full group album: Eau De VIXX, and its titletrack Scentist!
They used to be a six member group, two members left due to minor scandals and their leader is a full time actor now so he was unfortunately booked and busy by the time they decided to have this comeback

PLEASEE do a vixx marathon man. I swear their discography is so unique. They're known for being campy and uniqe concepts such as Voodoo doll, The closer/fantasy, Chained up(bdsm), and Hyde(jekyll&hyde). Their more modern stuff like Scentist and Sharing-la is also good. EAU DE VIXX and the Conception album has no skips imo. Their comeback and song festival stages are creative too!
I applaud Director HYUK the Maknae of VIXX the gentleman in the Pink Suit HYUK and his Crew AD.A for the Editing and Visuals of the MV and even the designed of VIXX’s 5th Mini Album CONTINUUM because Jellyfish did nothing.
VIXX’s LEO is besties with EXO’s Xiumin, and it was Xiumin who spoiled VIXX’s comeback at LEO’s Fanmeeting, which is hilarious.
And then Leo told Starlights it was a Christmas album and we all believed him like the clownlights we are 😂😂

Oh enjoy discovering VIXX. Oneus is often compared to them because they both love their concepts. Probably the most well known VIXX videos/songs are Voodoo Doll, Chained Up, Hyde, Shangri-la and Error. Be aware that Voodoo Doll is a full horror concept and doesn't hold back in the special effects.
VIXX is one of the groups that debuted in the magic kpop year of 2012 (magic, because several legendary groups debuted that year).
VIXX was originally a six member group, so you'll find there's quite a difference from their latest 'Continuum' to their ealier releases. Like, they had a member, whobhad a low, raspy vocal/rap, to even out their high note vocals. Their former rapper RAVI's voice is probably what is miss the most with their comeback, but its still really, really good! 😊
Yess we need more VIXX!! They’ve got vocals for days and were the OG concept kings. They’ve been in the game since 2012 (same year as exo, bap, etc) so it’s been a minute but I’m so glad they’re back. If you like this smooth kinda vibe you could also check out scentist, or for something epic/different then fantasy, error, and shangri-la are also favs!
Oh yes, they famously have one of the best singers and vocalists in kpop. I think ken spent a lot his career these last few years in actual theater and musicals in korea. They are GOOD, and everyone knows it.
Vixx are known throughout K-pop fandom as being absolutely hilarious. The one clip you probably have seen already is hyuk's high pitched screaming at the black van as he's left behind at a gas station at night. Their funny moments comp vids are the absolute backbone of kpop Fandom, especially in youtube. Please check them out more!!

that was your FIRST vixx song????????? omg you're gonna LOVE this group (esp seeing the full group in the prev releases). you could go back in reverse and react to their last release scentist I have a feeling you will really like that song. Also about vixx, they are known as concept kings of kpop and their mvs are like full on movies plus their legacy in kpop is creativity whether that is in terms of fashion, choreography, concepts, etc. They are legendary and discovering vixx is like a rite of passage for every kpop fan.

VIXX! Before I was Atiny, Stay, Army.. I was Starlight :) Vixx has a lot of creative and dramatic discography. They were considered the "concept idols" of their time because they were doing stuff that no other group dared to do. They technically still have 4 members (originally 6) but their leader N didn't participate in this concept to focus on his acting.

VIXX is, dare I say the first group that really committed to the dark concept during the 3rd Gen. They have a few comebacks related with dark concepts and there is a choreography where they need to change it because the part of stabbing the heart was deemed too much. I believe that they are the few boy groups who dared to have multiple concepts for their comebacks too. Ken, one of the members of VIXX is one of my favourite vocalists in KPOP. Interestingly, 3rd Gen groups has many members with very good vocalists and VIXX is among them too.

They were 6 from 2012 to their last comeback in 2018. During the hiatus, two of the members had controversies and are no longer part of the group, and one had a conflicting schedule with this comeback.
