Richie, while not even searching, the spirit led me to subliminal conclusions about where all this was and is going. In AU it is a must law to vote. The 70s was the last time i did... Recommend Silca's chain lubes, I use their hot wax. See Zero Friction Cycling's channel for best lube advice. Kudos for tackling the terrain you ride, you're a tough son of a gun. All this new tech is beyond me, still on 7/9 speed mechanical.

Give you a tip, the purion 200 and both kiox 300 (it should have really had this) and kiox 500 is on the auction site I got both new for 95 bucks over stock removed from new bikes so go grab one or them both I got the purion 200 and kiox 500, to upgrade from the 300 it's alot faster display. I went for the 2024 cube action team I've just bought GX axs for it again was cheap only reason. My 750w goes like the duracel bunny in turbo and emtb at +5 in the customs, is your system up to date? There has been 3 big updates this year already for it the battery might not be optimised or could be the direct link to the motor with your derailleur I see there it's plugged into the motor on a constant charge! Try unplugging it and using the battery in the derailleur see if it improves and test out the new range control
We all know sram discs are bad and early codes horrible things the RSCs are better discs are still awful though, I got XT all round with 203mm ice tech, i just bedded them in 3 wk ago and stripped n cleaned them last night, the surface was black with break dust causing squealing, went out last night best breaks I've tried to date now discs were sanded and pads some stopping power in them 4 pots Love them! I got the Previous Axs GX this week the upgrade kit they are going for a good price so I'm putting that on soon and got the 2024 X2 to replace my new float X I can't get the psi set in it for my weight to good, but I find the deals if it's not half the price or alot off I don't bother haha!

XTR Shimano are very good components. I had the whole crac k, chain stay and rear derailleur with casstette
Honestly, removing the bike computer with your speed, trip milage, and running milage is a huge nope for me! Then you have that other issues.
