Thanks for this. I went with Bluehost originally and have to say I am appalled at the Server Response Time. In a lot of ways it's my own bad for going for the cheapest option and not investing enough in my hosting. I'm considering moving on to Siteground after reading various reviews and almost everyone seems to recommend using Siteground over Bluehost. I've found Bluehost customer service is good but there have been a couple of times when I've found it lacking. Siteground have also told me they will handle the transfer for free. I think I'll go for their middle priced option as I think it's a good compromise between value and quality. Word of warning to anyone who doesn't have their website yet: INVEST IN GOOD HOSTING!! It's the best way to make sure that your website runs at its best and fastest. I'm so mad at myself for getting duped into buying the stupid Bluehost basic plan as I've essentially thrown that money down the drain...
