sup! This video is the start of me experimenting with "lower polish" videos on my main channel. Essentially I think this video is good, but it's not "great" since it doesn't have anything super special about it, and it has less of the narration and extra jokes that I'd usually add in. So we'll see how it goes! I'm probably gonna try alternating between higher-polish and lower-polish videos for a bit, and see how people like them and how I enjoy making them. Worst case I stop doing this, but best case I get to post goofy content that I wouldn't have otherwise. As always, happy to hear your thoughts! And next 2 videos will probably be skyrim mod stuff

I like how chat essentially tries to ruin his day but when he gets to the end and completes whatever challenge he's facing, they cheer him on. The ones causing the pain, suffering, and chaos just clap. It's beautiful

@@shiloh9311 Truly, the people in control of the story (GMs, authors, God????) cause their subjects pain to see them overcome it and, in the process, become better. It's so we can look at our little lab-rat hero babies and go "aww, see how far you've come?" It's all about the character development.

I love the more edited videos but this more raw, less narrative experience is also great! Don't get me wrong, I think my favorite DougDoug video is the one starring Faendal which is more narratively driven, but seeing this in the mix would not be disappointing in the slightest, it's all fantastic, keep it up Doug!
