Question, did you have any problems with your Sizzix Bigshot Pro? A few years ago my husband and I bought one from Amazon but when we put it together, we could NOT get the handle to turn. We ended up returning it to Amazon. Do you know if there are any issues with some of these Big Shot Pro machines being defective? Thank you.
Hey! I ended up having a problem with mine as well. The internal gear on the handle sheered on mine after about a year. I had the worst time getting them to cover the warranty on it and have them replace it. Quite the fight with them! But finally got them to replace the unit. Other then that no issues. But it wouldn’t surprise me if you got a lemon unit. Did you end up getting another machine? Or a different version or brand?
@@TheHardwoodForest, no I had just sent the machine back to Amazon, but I never got another one. Have they discontinued the Big Shot Pro? Do you know of any other companies that make cutting machines with a wide opening of 10 inches (or more)? I have 2 dies that I never used. One that requires at least a 10 inch opening.😢 I don't know what to do with them now. Plus they weren't cheap. 😢
I do also have the accucut die cut machine. It’s huge!!! It has fold up sides to make it a little more compact. And they have replacement parts. I would suggest waiting for them to go on sale as they are twice as much as the sizzix machine.
