Nate got wrecked for 3 rounds no doubt, but no one's talking about the fact that Jorge was slowing down at the end of the 3rd, and Nate was starting to pick up the pace. Would've been reeeeaaal interesting to see a 4th and 5th round. Hats off to Jorge, love that dude. But that was one of the worst doctor stoppages I've ever seen in MMA. Hard to sell a rematch given those 3 rounds, but dang I hope they run it back. The fans deserve to see the all out war this fight was being set up to be!

I don’t think so Nate got worked by Masvidal it was one sided and couldn’t see that changing in the later rounds. On a side note, Masvidal is a veteran smart fighter, his experience speaks volumes. If you breakdown that fight Masvidal did so much trickery, and brilliant combos. One instance was when Masvidal was on top of Nate, Nate was hitting him and Masvidal covered up pretending he was hurt. Nate kept hitting him and then Masvidal came out with some heavy combos. Lulled Nate in to thinking he was hurt. Smart fighter.
