Yay! I've been so excited for you to post this step in the epoxy journey! I've ordered mine and can't wait to get my counters done too! I will definitely send you pictures when I do mine. Thank you for the inspiration! Cheers!!!
so you could put a coat of clear resin onto anything and make it into a worktop? at the extreme an acrylic painting of galloping wild horses or funky 1970s florals, whatever?
I did think the same as your partner to be fair but no reason to not have that design! 😁 Also it looks like the side profile of a galaxy which is cool too.
I’m afraid I agree with your wife, and noticed it as you were creating the pattern. I was hoping you were going to add branches to it. But it could be an ideal talking point when you have guests!!!!
I have Bing watched all 559. You are addictive. Love Rob, Martin, Swerry Dan, and look forward to your Dad's playing. I like the guys at the first ship and Carol was delightful. I'm not entering the raffle cause people 76 years old don't need navigating canal since I live in Texas. Canal knowledge is limited. But I admire you for helping other. Even if it means getting wet looking for a phone. Take care
Looking good James. Do hope you comment from my donation has done well on the drill you said you were getting. Haven't seen you use it. Nor a live thank you. However I do see all that you're trying to fit into a video. But a appreciation would still be nice. Do hope the kids & family are well. Projects are looking good. Do keep cracking along, getting things done. Hope to see you again next week.
That came out quite nice! I would have gone for a more organic curved shape for the big blob, like the integral or the f's on a violin, but it looks cool as it is too.
After all that work and you make it look like someone poured paint on it. You should have gone for the marble look. Hey but if you like it then who cares what I think. 😂
I don't think it's vagina-like at all. 😅 I was amused as you were mixing the liquids at the beginning, as I thought that with the goggles, you looked a bit like a mad scientist. Serious question: what was tge impetus for creating this lovely faux countertop, rather than a piece of marble? Was it cost or weight? Be well and stay extraordinary, dear James. Leigh
Having fitted out many Boats to a High standard and being a City & Guilds qualified Joiner, I have seen some Bodge Jobs in my time but you get !st Place for the vast majority of yours
If it ends up looking as he wants it to look then that's all that matters. James does have an aesthetic sensibility that I can relate to, even though I would sometimes make different choices. The fact that he is NOT a qualified joiner makes it all the more interesting, because he has to work everything out from scratch. He is far more of a handyman than I could ever be though, so whereas you may have only contempt for his unschooled workmanship, I have only admiration.
Ah, but you are forgetting all the fun James gets from his creations, lol. And it's definitely much more fun to watch an unqualified joiner at work, (or play, actually).
I’ve come to the conclusion that you’re absolutely raving mad James 😂
well done james. great vlogs.
Hi James, the tops are looking good. By the way the patterns look to me like stars , milkiway !!!😊 thanks James 🖐 love the way how you do things.
James, that work top looks fantastic. Well done mate all that practice paid off.👍👍👏👏
Pretty good job, it looks a little like a nebula from light years away 👍🏽
Brilliant James................................................
Looks mega mate, I was really unsure when you first dropped the colours on, BUT it’s brilliant well done 👍
That looks really good James, can't wait to see the other work surface

Your commentary as you were doing it was great 😄. I think it looks great. Good job James.

I think it looks like an edge view of a spiral galaxy. The other one looks like a crab nebula.
James, that looks fantastic 👌 😍. Very posh too 😊. Well done you 👏
Very nice! Well done. Look forward to seeing the other bench now.
Yay! I've been so excited for you to post this step in the epoxy journey!
I've ordered mine and can't wait to get my counters done too! I will definitely send you pictures when I do mine.
Thank you for the inspiration! Cheers!!!
where did you get it from?
Looks cool James... Love the creative process "oh bugger" hehe..
Wow that is a lot of work to make, so you've done well, I was going with it looking like a galaxy, but now you've sad that, now that's all can see lol
Its really nice James, well done. I kinda like the smaller pattern than the larger one.
The pattern in question looks like some sort of celestial event. Good job on the resin top looks great.
I wasn't thinking it look like that, but from now on every time I see it I'll thinking it, thanks for that thought.😉
Beautiful! They look like Galaxies, absolutely beautiful! The one to the right of the sink opening is fantastic! Where is the sink faucet going?
its been fascinating seeing you working with the resin, its a real creatibe process and i admire your stickability !
Looks amazing ❤I just see lovely patterns.
Wow, that worktop looks amazing ! What a beautiful and unusual pattern. Well done James ☺️
Ignore your Mrs James it’s fantastic mate right dapper! It’s looks like you’ve flicked it across with an air gun.
That looks great--glamorous and beautiful and professional and--well, thanks for the mental image James.

Until the blower came to the party i was thinking Hmmm, and then !! Smokin ,James.
Great job James, have to agree with others when I saw the patterns developing I was thinking far off galaxies but now!!!!,😮
Unique. Well worth the effort !
Cosmic , great work pal 👏👏👏👏
Good work, all during the process, I was thinking the first one looks like a galaxy and the second, a nebula. ;-)
I did think the same as your partner to be fair but no reason to not have that design! 😁 Also it looks like the side profile of a galaxy which is cool too.
OK I take it back it does look pretty cool😊
It looks great, mate.
'Nuff said.
👍
P.S. I was thinking 'edge on galaxy,' but I suppose 'fajita' would also describe it. It's been a while... 🤣
Fella 🙂 you’ve gone from a guy who was doing up a narrowboat to live in 🤔to becoming a resin Picasso 😊👌👍 it’s been a pleasure to watch your journey 😁X
Nice looking good should put like small drops like stars just a suggestion. Not many don't wanna go overboard just a few.
Would it not have been cheaper at this stage to have got a Corian worktop now?
Very good job
Looking great.
I’m afraid I agree with your wife, and noticed it as you were creating the pattern. I was hoping you were going to add branches to it. But it could be an ideal talking point when you have guests!!!!
Looks like VINTAGE (8mm) GRANNY p o r n.
Well done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great video thanks lee
That is🔥!
covered in old pennies That would make it hard wearing😮
Just curious what was your experiences in your background work wise since you seem to have quite a few different skills.
i think they look more like nebula pics from nasa.
Y’all must have some really good weed on that side of the pond.
With the 2nd pattern, you nearly had a crocodile lol
💜💙💚
James - Creator of Galaxies lol
I’m number one.
Keep up the good work, James. You’re living a lifestyle that a lot of us are envious of. Keep it up, man.

They say ‘you can’t polish a turd’, you gave it a damn good try….
Is I.D. Kline still here?

Captain Chaos strikes again, spilt milk immortalised in black resin forever 🤦♂️
That came out quite nice!
