I think it’s a wild take that Madara “somehow survived against Guy”. 1) I think Night Guy’s power is kinda an ass pull. Sure it kills him but he was near rivaling 6 Path levels of power. No one else did that, not even the reincarnates, not of their own power. 2) Madara+H Cells+1 rinnegan+mastered saga mode+the 10 tails (sure it didn’t have the full 8 or 9). ≠ Defeat by Night Guy… 3) Why do people think Madara’s only source of regeneration was H Cells. 10 tails & SM both have increased durability and regeneration (yes sm is the weaks of the 3 by far but it still adds up).
I mean the gates were shown early in Naruto so I think that automatically beats his asspull claim cuz there just isn’t a set power and it’s one of those things like tein’s tri beam agianst cell, it uses life energy to go to strength that far surpasses their own
1: Guy was already meant to be relative to Kakashi what with them being rivals, and the Gates were established to be OP, especially at the higher levels. Enough so that Lee with Gate 4 was so fast that only Guy and the people with Dojutsu could perceive his movement and Gaara WOULD'VE died or at least been forced into his possessed state were it not for plot. Of course Gate 8 is going to make Guy go crazy. 2: Madara only has 1 Rinnegan, he wasn't losing/taking significant damage until Night Guy, and if it weren't for Lee and Minato interfering, Guy would've been hit by a Truth Seeker and taken out. And even then, it didn't kill Madara, and he casually regened from it. Don't know where you got "defeated by Guy" from.
@@espurrseyes42 you’re right Madara only had 1 rinnegan. I fixed that. I didn’t say Guy would defeat Madara. I defended the opposite. Thats why I used “≠”. My point is that some people think Madara shouldn’t have been able to regenerate from the amount of damage he took from Night Guy. While also only leaving it up to H Cells when, in fact, he had 2 other strong regeneration factors stacked with H Cells. TSO_Sage mentions it twice in this video. And I disagree. Of course Madara survived. Anyone else, weaker than even just Juubito, would just explode from that kick.
It would have been sad if when Night Guy was used Madara used Limbo and just stopped the attack. For the sake of Guy that attack had to hit, but in exchange it couldn't do any lasting damage to Madara.
I feel like with the 5 kage summit vs Fated Uchiha battle you have to take more into account than just what happened in the fight. If you're comparing the entire 5 Kage summit Arc to just "Totska Blade and Kirin" then of course the 5 Kage summit is going to feel like the obvious choice. The fight between Sasuke and Itachi ontop of being a fight thats in alot of peoples top 3s thats build up was only really rivaled with Naruto becoming Hokage, brought us arguably the craziest plot twist in anime when we learn the truth about Itachi, which is all wrapped with one of the coldest shots in the series when Sasuke awakens his Mangekyo.
Kaguya works thematically but as a character she just fails to live up to Madara. Plus there's the fact that she only had a short build up whereas Madara had 7 years of real time build up.
While it doesn't matter anymore that the whole show is out, the filler made the climax arc UNBEARABLE to watch weekly. In the middle of the climax a random ass 13 episode filler arc about the past just comes out of nowhere. It deadass made me stop watching for so long because I couldn't trust the show to get me invested without randomly pulling a dozen episodes of yamato backstory or some shit out of its ass
Ngl personally chunin exam is the most perfect arc. Later War arc has higher peaks but chunin rxam is suberberb. Maybe closest second is pain invasion.

Kakashi died but he came back...hinata actually gets healed by sakura never died never gets revived which like with kakashi we would be all in favor for but in the manga before the next week she seemed dead...what other major deaths lol shizune lol...neji stayed dead...but we needed another one for sure in both arcs....

I just rewatched the filler arc with Sora and the guardian shinobi twelve, that arc had good backstory for Asuma even if Sora was complete filler.
