Same problem in India😢, its so annoying, none of them seem to cooperate. Even the tolls are too exoensive. The oerson who charges is super slow and the ones who dont wanna pay and insist are Karens😂. But atleast in Malaysia, they stop and wait patiently and keep lanes different, not in India, here, people try to mix up lanes trying to go quicker and not only make a problem for them but for everyone too😢. I strongly recommended you do a TH-cam content about Malaysian consumer rights in every government department when planning and costing and negotiating with stakeholders and most of all is people benefits and comfortable with affordable and sustainable low maintenance cost. We are not facing this toll collection system issues, political issues is the root course of your life style [asking why, how and who} the answer will be shooting up in your brains. Government of today facing too much old system and works culture, we could felt that government of today work very hard {some ministers work the talk} still hesitate to make a big step.
the reason why our toll system is in a rubbish state is because you know la here in malaysia everyone want a piece of the cake. somemore malaysians also one kind when rfid was free nobody want to go get it die die say smart tag better, eh stupid smart tag no battery can work ? it is free why dont go get both. oh now need to pay whine and complain pulak. it can be said both ways that the people who voted is to be blamed for the condition we are in now, at least if you didn’t vote your not part of the problem.
