I used to have a 2002 s60. It was a champ. Such a good reliable car. I bought it at 100 thousand miles and put another 200 thousand miles on it before I rolled it. It saved my life. I walked out without a scratch. It was a solid car. You could feel it when you closed the door. Solid. Built like a tank. I want to get another s60. I hope they’re still built solid like the 2002 ones were.
I have the '22 S60 Momentum AWD, black on black. My car has the wireless phone charger and ambient lighting. At night when the doors are unlocked, the door handles provide lighting. When the car is driven at night, the front and passenger side is illuminated down where your feet are located. Living in FL, you don't really see many S60s. This car actually turns heads from all of the German, Japanese, and Korean competitors. I even get looks from other Volvo drivers in the SUVs
Nice review. Agree on the wireless charge missing. Prefer a sportier car, but if the Lexus IS and RC are not around in early 2024, then will be a toss between this & the Genesis G70. Funny you mention the flag, seems many reviewers say the same thing. Just not sure why it’s a big deal. Keep it up with the reviews.
Only “sport” mode is steering…. Tells you everything you need to know. Made for grandparents. Smooth quiet slow. Rides great but there is zero excitement driving this car. Yes I understand most of the time you don’t need “excitement” but it won’t be there if you wanted it. It is a nice car I liked it a lot but there were some things that killed it for me in that price range. If I was 60-70 years old might be the best car they could buy.

I’m manifesting this car!
Finally, no fake exhaust. Unfortunately VW, Mercedes /except AMG/ have it. Considered to buy. Thanks for review.
Im gonna buy this car soon !
Love this vehicle; greatest value for the money. Please no ambient lighting. looks like a 70s disco. Stay sophisticated Volvo.
Is this 2023 or really 2024? Whats the difference between 2023?
Just bought one yesterday, love it so much. Only thing is it feels so loud! I’m coming from an EV Volvo so maybe that’s why.
Now my perfect car!
My legacy 3.6R has a cd player. I’ll miss that
I wish the T6 318hp engine from the recharge was available!!
I used to have stationwagon Ferrari ; called Volvo 760turbo 😂
Great review of a great car
Thanks!
My Dream Super Elegant.
Hey there!
Wireless phone charger is available in the Ultimate trim (at least in Europe) 😉
This car has the 19" wheel option, not the 18 as stated.
Love the conservative styling. Only problem would be the price. Great in depth review though.
Appreciate it!

Bladdy curse

No engine performance could be heard
Chinese
It used to be. However, now it's back to being built in Sweden 🇸🇪
Most US S60 are built in South Carolina
**mine had the Harmon kardon it was a great stereo. I’d give it top 10% of the 50+ vehicles I’ve driven in the last couple years
