By the looks of the two plates the one you took off has more fuel at top end
You could tell by the end adjustment on the AFC valve was all the way left that it had been taken apart before. I'll bet the travel on the fork if way off on that truck.
You should serious stuff that intake charger pipe.
I bought the Bosch pump tool kit with the socket for the tamper bolts. Seeing as I sold the Volkswagen I'll bring the kit next time I head out there.
