This was amazing, I currently sold my car to get out of debt completely, I’m debt free! but have no car and using Uber to get around, I was tempted on several occasions to take out a car loan but God has closed the door several times when I went to go apply for a loan or refinance, the other morning I stumbled on the Bible verse in proverbs the borrow is a slave to the lender, and from there on I knew God was telling me something..like for me to save up for a car so I won’t have to go back in debt, it’s tough because I live in Los Angeles and you need a car here! but I trust in him 🙏🏾
Maybe he'll teach you something through walking. My faithful aunt had walked all kinds of places in her life. God even had people give her rides. She's met so many friendly people. I'm sure she sewed the seeds of jesus on some hearts
Have you tried Express Drive with Lyft? I was just researching it for myself and I came across your comment. You need to drive a lot but you save instead of getting a rental car outright - and costs less to rent and drive for rideshare than actually buying a ride. Can use them for personal use too, just have to drive too. The pay isnt great - but if you have no car otherwise you're basically getting a free rental.
I like that,and hopefully it is not sometimes for my case because i don't ask anything else beside the one that God says 'no' if He really say "No' ,because i don't know what God really say to me anyway.

You are on target when you say, it is a NO from God when the more you pursue it, the more distant you will feel from God, even if it initially appears right. Opposed to something God has allowed which is difficult, but it will in the end draw you closer to God. I have experienced both and learned some valuable lessons in it.

I liked the example of buying a car. It's not mentioned in the Bible, and it is not a sin. So you have to discern and consult with God whether you personally should or should not buy it. Another example I think is relevant is online dating. I know it's not a sin, but I still feel like God is saying no. The verse of Psalm 46:10, Be still and know that He is God, always comes to my mind.
Yes, online dating is another good example of Christians needing to make that personal choice between them and God. It's not or wrong but it could be for an individual depending on what God is leading them to do or not do. Thanks for sharing this :)

One thing I have been through in my life is when I decided to really follow Christ all trouble and hell came against me. I now have lost my marriage, and my house. However I have not lost the most precious thing to me, being is Christ's will. Looking back it really shows that sometimes when you decide to obey God expect fierce resistance, it won't be an easy come to you, but go and do as God desires of you. I am 42, married my first time When I was 27 years old & virgin, I met him again in church (we were former high school classmates) he was a church leader....he had a lover within church I married my second and last time 6 years later, meet him within the new church I was attending, we served together and were great friends, again we married and he got himself a lover in his job. @@robindear5043 theirs been many twists and turns since then but God provided! After 2 months of being stranded in the middle of nowhere with no car and barely any visitors all I had was God. I put an ad on let go app to sell/trade my broken down truck for a fee hundred bucks or trade for a vehicle for someone who could fix up vehicles. A girl my age 24 drove an hr to me and she towed my BROKEN down truck and i paid her $250 for a perfectly working but older car. She knew someone who could fix the truck and she really wanted it. Incredible! My truck needed at least over 1000 in repairs and didnt have a working radio and she still wanted it. God is so good!

Thank you for posting this. I recently had to get some dental work done, and to be honest I wasn't sure if I should go ahead with it or if I should pay off some of what I owe for college. The no to use it on my tuition wasn't clear at first, but as I sought Him about it the discomfort rose, and eventually I got the impression that I was lacking in trust, and once I got the work done I no longer felt that discomfort.

The example with the car a the end is exactly what I’m going through to a degree. I can choose a career path that I just fell in love with and sparked a fire of passion within me but that career path isn’t ministry or something super outwardly praising God. Although I can praise him while doing that career, that career at the same time doesn’t condone God either so I don’t know what to do and I havnt gotten a clear answer so I guess I will wait. I obviously want a yes in my answer to pursue it but if it’s a no I will gladly accept that as well I just can’t tell if he’s saying no or not because I’m always in the middle between these things.
Yesterday I broke up with my boyfriend that is half Christian and half atheist, it was very hard, but I knew it God wanted me to do it because it wasn’t his will. i’m currently dealing with something similar. i’m pursuing a relationship with a guy (atheist) who my parents already expressed they don’t think is right for me. i know that i can’t change him only God can. but i’m showing him God. its like my desire is to want to be with him romantically, but something is blocking it. i’ve already lead him on once, told him it wouldn’t work, and leading him on again. i told him that we can be together if we tried. i also said that i am willing to try and that i don’t want to “give up” is this just me forcing us to happen eventually? i need to just accept the fact that it is not going to work out. but i also am showing him Gods love and teachings. maybe the enemy is trying to block us because of this? he says he is willing to learn about God but he is not going to “convert”. but i’m also being drained from this too. i think that it is a no from God. he says that he really likes me, and that i make him happy, and that he wants to be with me, but i don’t really think he is doing much about it. i feel like i’m forcing it and pursuing it more than he is. i don’t feel like i’m growing with him in my life. he makes me happy, but only a temporary happiness kind of. like we have fun together laughing and hanging out. i really do love him but he is just not on the same path as me right now, and i am too young to have to deal with such a heavy weight.

Btw, you said 2 Timothy 3:3-4 but it is actually in chapter 4 of 2 Timothy, verses 3 to 4. I’ve been asking God to reveal my calling and passions for a while. About a month ago I randomly got a desire to look into law enforcement, as I love helping people and want to make a difference. I then asked if that was from him, and then all of this police brutality/racism surfaced and I can’t figure out if God purposefully brought this idea to me so that he could reveal this. And if he did, is he showing me that I shouldn’t do it? Or is he telling me to do it so I can make a positive difference?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for a year and 6 months and in a long distance relationship. We haven’t seen each other in a year due to our families financial situation. We really want marriage but praying and asking God for his wisdom on things. I am praying the Lord leads me closer to him as there are better jobs out there. In my area there is hardly anything. Praying strongly God is saying yes for us to see each other soon and for marriage. I am willing to trust and wait on him rather then rush things.

I have trouble with sexual sins. Especially if I like someone. Please pray for me in this. It's really hard. I'm trying to get into an group of all girls for a growth group but it's been a bit hard. I feel like it's hard to care about sexual sin but I still don't want to sin. I want to save myself for my husband and especially save because God wants me to, it's just extremely hard and I have been having trouble with intense sexual desires that I have given into in small ways.
I have a long term relationship with someone, not married. I live in UK. And shortage of housing, I am not happy in this relationship, but forced to live in same house. We get on ok. But only share house, and finances. He wants more, it is a difficult situation, but I am disabled, and can't do a lot, we rely on each other. Neither can afford to go out own way. You are on target when you say, it is a NO from God when the more you pursue it, the more distant you will feel from God, even if it initially appears right. Opposed to something God has allowed which is difficult, but it will in the end draw you closer to God. I have experienced both and learned some valuable lessons in it.

All relationships I have been in (before I accepted Christ) have been a failure, I’d always force it to carry on, but deep down I knew it wouldn’t last...even if I wanted it too. God does things to protect us, and we have to humbly admit that we are the ones that cause problems for ourselves.
If he said no it's not the right time because whatever he has plan for your life it shall be done in the name of jesus God's timing and what I know he's always on time at all time's for what's yours in the making amen
I liked the example of buying a car. It's not mentioned in the Bible, and it is not a sin. So you have to discern and consult with God whether you personally should or should not buy it. Another example I think is relevant is online dating. I know it's not a sin, but I still feel like God is saying no. The verse of Psalm 46:10, Be still and know that He is God, always comes to my mind.
Yes, online dating is another good example of Christians needing to make that personal choice between them and God. It's not or wrong but it could be for an individual depending on what God is leading them to do or not do. Thanks for sharing this :)

One thing I have been through in my life is when I decided to really follow Christ all trouble and hell came against me. I now have lost my marriage, and my house. However I have not lost the most precious thing to me, being is Christ's will. Looking back it really shows that sometimes when you decide to obey God expect fierce resistance, it won't be an easy come to you, but go and do as God desires of you. Sometimes it takes just bold faith and being willing to be made a fool to follow after Jesus. Something God told me last year " Stop building your kingdom and start building mine"

I married my second and last time 6 years later, meet him within the new church I was attending, we served together and were great friends, again we married and he got himself a lover in his job.
Both of my ex husbands got their lovers pregnant while still married to me...,I found about everything at the very end of my marriages.

@@robindear5043 theirs been many twists and turns since then but God provided! After 2 months of being stranded in the middle of nowhere with no car and barely any visitors all I had was God. I put an ad on let go app to sell/trade my broken down truck for a fee hundred bucks or trade for a vehicle for someone who could fix up vehicles. A girl my age 24 drove an hr to me and she towed my BROKEN down truck and i paid her $250 for a perfectly working but older car. She knew someone who could fix the truck and she really wanted it. Incredible! My truck needed at least over 1000 in repairs and didnt have a working radio and she still wanted it. God is so good!

Wanted to be with this girl but the things she said told my guts no. She was real beautiful but her motives for wanting to be with me were questionable at best. I forced myself to be with her and spent a fortune on her only to have her leave me in the end. Worse hurt I've been through in nearly 20 yrs. Thank you for posting this. I recently had to get some dental work done, and to be honest I wasn't sure if I should go ahead with it or if I should pay off some of what I owe for college. The no to use it on my tuition wasn't clear at first, but as I sought Him about it the discomfort rose, and eventually I got the impression that I was lacking in trust, and once I got the work done I no longer felt that discomfort.

God spoke to me thrice about my withdrawing bf. Once before the break- up, instructing me not to keep tjinking of him. God then went on to pinpoint the red flags i preferred to overlook. Then, after my bf broke with me, God reinforced the earlier No by showing how my bf had exacted irresponsibly, arrogantly and like a weak person. This happened when i was almost asleep. God told me to remember what He said. Your videos are sensitizing me snd teaching me to understand and recognize God' s voice. I am so grateful and so touched.

The example with the car a the end is exactly what I’m going through to a degree. I can choose a career path that I just fell in love with and sparked a fire of passion within me but that career path isn’t ministry or something super outwardly praising God. Although I can praise him while doing that career, that career at the same time doesn’t condone God either so I don’t know what to do and I havnt gotten a clear answer so I guess I will wait. I obviously want a yes in my answer to pursue it but if it’s a no I will gladly accept that as well I just can’t tell if he’s saying no or not because I’m always in the middle between these things.

Yesterday I broke up with my boyfriend that is half Christian and half atheist, it was very hard, but I knew it God wanted me to do it because it wasn’t his will. Before I went to bed, I heard God say to me “I’m working on him” (he said his name but I don’t want to say it lol). I’m glad that my Heavenly Father will be working on him, I just wonder where him I will be later on.
i’m currently dealing with something similar. i’m pursuing a relationship with a guy (atheist) who my parents already expressed they don’t think is right for me. i know that i can’t change him only God can. but i’m showing him God. its like my desire is to want to be with him romantically, but something is blocking it. i’ve already lead him on once, told him it wouldn’t work, and leading him on again. i told him that we can be together if we tried. i also said that i am willing to try and that i don’t want to “give up” is this just me forcing us to happen eventually? i need to just accept the fact that it is not going to work out. but i also am showing him Gods love and teachings. maybe the enemy is trying to block us because of this? he says he is willing to learn about God but he is not going to “convert”. but i’m also being drained from this too. i think that it is a no from God. he says that he really likes me, and that i make him happy, and that he wants to be with me, but i don’t really think he is doing much about it. i feel like i’m forcing it and pursuing it more than he is. i don’t feel like i’m growing with him in my life. he makes me happy, but only a temporary happiness kind of. like we have fun together laughing and hanging out. i really do love him but he is just not on the same path as me right now, and i am too young to have to deal with such a heavy weight.

Btw, you said 2 Timothy 3:3-4 but it is actually in chapter 4 of 2 Timothy, verses 3 to 4. Anyways, that verse makes sense because it points towards a lot of mainstreamers who claim to believe but they contradict their behavior etc. I have shared my testimony of Jesus Christ many times and yet all these evil doers come up to me and hate me for it. I testify, 2 Timothy 4:3-4 has come true. Roman Catholics have turned to myths for centuries, denying the Bible. No wonder the Latter-day Saints left the Old World to get away from Beastly Babylonian Europe and the Middle East.
I’ve been asking God to reveal my calling and passions for a while. About a month ago I randomly got a desire to look into law enforcement, as I love helping people and want to make a difference. I then asked if that was from him, and then all of this police brutality/racism surfaced and I can’t figure out if God purposefully brought this idea to me so that he could reveal this. And if he did, is he showing me that I shouldn’t do it? Or is he telling me to do it so I can make a positive difference?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for a year and 6 months and in a long distance relationship. We haven’t seen each other in a year due to our families financial situation. We really want marriage but praying and asking God for his wisdom on things. I am praying the Lord leads me closer to him as there are better jobs out there. In my area there is hardly anything. Praying strongly God is saying yes for us to see each other soon and for marriage. I am willing to trust and wait on him rather then rush things.

The Holy Spirit guided me to you because I was looking for a specific answer that would show me that I am still in the plan of God And your words really touched me I had never heard this before that in some cases God asks us to work hard and to keep the faith At the very moment you uttered these words the Holy Spirit showed me all the failures experienced but which are in fact teachings because with each failure experienced the Holy Spirit made me discover certain facts that I was not even aware of in my heart He made me revealed some problem that was still present in me and it helped me to see it clearer But I thought after all these failures I wasn’t in his plan when in truth I still am because he continues to model me all the more because these failures bring me closer to him because I understand every time I really can’t live without him and that he is even better for me to entrust my life to him

I'm trying to get into an group of all girls for a growth group but it's been a bit hard. I feel like it's hard to care about sexual sin but I still don't want to sin. I want to save myself for my husband and especially save because God wants me to, it's just extremely hard and I have been having trouble with intense sexual desires that I have given into in small ways.
I have a long term relationship with someone, not married. I live in UK. And shortage of housing, I am not happy in this relationship, but forced to live in same house. We get on ok. But only share house, and finances. He wants more, it is a difficult situation, but I am disabled, and can't do a lot, we rely on each other. Neither can afford to go out own way.
