Tiny Laundromat Quarter Collections Before Big Changes!

The small laundromat has been a struggle but we still love it. I am not sure if I will keep it but it is getting some upgrades soon that should help it whether I sell it or not.

I trust there's a way for you to get the tenants out of the apartment. It might be the only way of doing something worthwhile with the small laundromat. You could make the back area for the heavy weight/ duty washers and dryers. Then, renovate the front to match the back. Hope something works out for the betterment of this ailing 'child' 🖖🙏

Perfect voice to background volume ratio, if you could keep that every time, it would be great in every video. A lot of times in the big laundry mat video if you have to do voice overs, your volume on collecting quarters is too loud and I can barely hear your voice when you are talking over the video. So if you could keep it at like 90% voice and 10% quarter sound, that would be great lol. Or 80/20.

You still have plenty of opportunities to increase sales and rent at this location. Hopefully you will continue to improve it and build it's sales and rents. Improved viability, building signage, window signs and marketing should help. Along with better more consistently reliable equipment inside and out. The new additions will help. Customers will notice.

There seems to be a spill that looks like liquid laundry detergent on the floor by the front of the front load washer toward the back. Kind of a weird spill pattern & location for it. Congrats on the better numbers! The car wash coin count was a surprise. A good surprise :-)
