I’ve put in an offer on a end of terrace property. It’s a proper fixer upper. Got it like 25k below the other properties in the area. Looking to do pretty much what you did, move the kitchen to an open plan living room and convert then kitchen to an office / room

Ahahah no. The audio enhancing software I used cut out a load of sounds. Although I think we should all consider calling wales whale from now on
