    Thanks for the interest so far! I forgot to mention one thing in the video, and it's that the site is only configured to ship to the 48 continental United States at this time. If you are interested in the kits and live outside those states, please use the contact form on the website and indicate the option for "Shipping Quote" once the kits are available.

    I love what your doing for the hobby Joey. I grew up watching trains in the 70's and 80's, so that's what I model. We need more of this modern stuff. Also, the backround kit always has a place on any layout, outstanding option! THANK YOU!

    Great to see another small business entrant in the scale model market. I think guys like you and Jimmy from Digital DIY are going to make a big impact by giving us new options for our layouts. Keeping my fingers crossed that you are successful enough with HO products that someday you’ll expand to N. We desperately need more variety.

      Thanks! One day I'll get there, I need to do lots of testing to make sure the fidelity at that small of a scale using the machine I have is acceptable enough for me to put my name on it.

    Between the 3-D printing; MDF laser cutting, awesome new train manufacturers products, track, electronics, and controllers products coming on the market.
    With all that competition...prices...well, I declare, prices ought to get a might bit, more reasonable for all those would be train modelers out there. Don't you think?
    What do you say? Y'all!?

    This is so cool! I think during NERx you said youre in Syracuse right? If you're doing local buildings ill have to keep an eye on what you end up producing.
    Modeling the Finger Lakes Railway could end up making some stuff I really need!

      Very cool, yeah I model mostly what's around here in Syracuse. I'll have to check out what kind of cool buildings are around their trackage! Thanks for stopping by!

      @TierLineCustoms I was curious, so I did a quick Google maps view of the Finger Lakes Railway offices, and the concrete block construction of some of those buildings is right up my alley. I'm going to add some of those buildings to my todo list as they could also be used for a freelance railroad, or any industry that needs that kind of structure. Thanks for mentioning what you're modeling, I'm excited to go check these out in person!

    These look clean! How well do they look along side like Walthers kits? Just curious what they would look like next to others.

    • @JoeyBPhotography
      @JoeyBPhotography  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Great question, I don't have any Walthers kits to compare against. I do have some ITLA kits I finished, and they fit right in with those ones since they're both laser cut style wood kits

      They'll be on the site when the kits are stocked. I want to avoid any issues with advertising specific details on YT (just in case it causes problems), just using this channel to share what I'm doing

  • @sparky107107
    @sparky107107 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    you need to raise your prices.. never thought I would say that.. but don't under cut others,, and make a decent profit for yourself.. Time is Money

    • @JoeyBPhotography
      @JoeyBPhotography  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The kits are priced pretty fairly based on level of detail, cost of materials, etc. The kits are considered "starting points", and currently do not come with 3d printed accessories or things like that, so that also keeps cost low. I did a lot of cost analysis beforehand, and I'm okay with current pricing. Once I start making more 'advanced' kits and adding 3d printed details, I'll be pricing those accordingly as well. I appreciate the comment, though!
