    HELLO LOVELY VIEWERS! Important Note:
If you have questions about this recipe, you can post it here for the community to answer. But if you want to ask me, please get in touch via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or my website (all links are in the description above). If you leave questions in the comments I may not see them due to the large volume of comments I receive across the hundreds of videos on this channel.
Also, before sending on any questions be sure to read the written recipe on the website as I often add extra tips and notes not covered in the video.
    Thank you for watching!

The noodles are insanely good and the freshness is always impeccable. Great southern food in Bangkok is rare and this place nails it.

the cuisine is very similar to our malaysian northeastern or east coast cuisine especially rice salad "nasi kerabu" and we also consume a lot of tumeric too.... most southern thai muslim is malay anyway.. interesting

You ordered, and made you combine. A perfect vegetarian dish. This is incredible. If you come to my place. I will recreate the lot. But charcoal cook you your favourite meat. If it is fish? Let me know, so in the morning I can catch it for your arrival. I can do that as Chef. -- bud@

I bought some rice noodles to make a curry soup and the noodles were super gummy. i didn't like the texture at all. Is that normal for rice noodles???

+Alison Koizumi I am certain the rice noodles at Krua Khun Ein are house made. They are delicious.

Johno F Perhaps i cooked them wrong, or bought a bad brand. So, rice boodles are not intended to be gummy, right lol

You should go to the south and find your roots and then try to follow them back to China and same time trace the Chinese influence on the Thai kitchen. Interesting?
