    Eye opening yet deeply personal. Thanks for asking the right questions, Lex.

    This was a great question! I always considered looking up stuff relevant to my problem a context switch.

    This was such a wonderful talk! I think practicing deep work is important since there are so many distractions from using the internet. AMAZING PODCAST EPISODE. Thanks for the insight! =^)

    Is the 90 minute intervals better or doing 25-5?

    • @JimJoness619
      @JimJoness619 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      pretend your gonna do the 25-5 but accidently do 90 on 20 off. ..
      trick yourself to doing pomodoro/but end up doing 90 minute oscillations

      @ripple123 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      If you can manage 90 minute intervals, stick with that! I'd say 25-5 is more for people who struggle to concentrate longer, and you can use pomodoro to train yourself to go longer and longer

      the classic pomodor 25-5 doesn't make sense, by the time you enter the deep work state it's time to get out; 1hr plus is the way

      Do you have back and neck? Because after almost 2 hours my back and legs really need to stretch if I am sitting
