I really liked Kessler as a villain, he is a tragic yet selfish character. He is a man who refused to take action in his own time and when it destroyed his life he decided to go back and fix his mistake. The big issue with him is that instead of finding a way to give Cole his powers without destroying a city and training him and working together to face the beast he decided that Cole needed to be like him, Cole needed to know the pain of lose and despair so that he would be strong enough mentally to face the Beast, to force him to grow up and take action. Kessler had so many more options, he could have raised a whole group of conduits to face the beast together but instead he believed only he could defeat the Beast, only his past self would have the strength to do so. I think Kessler wanted cole to be the one to face the beast because maybe it would somehow undo the sins of kesslers pass, maybe redeem his failure in some way, a selfish desire that only caused needless suffering to both himself and the world
To expand on that thought; Kessler knew cole so well he knew that the only way for cole to accept responsibility was through the exact same means Kessler accepted responsibility. He was so insular in his logic that he didn’t even consider that people like Alden might be useful, instead he developed a messiah complex after spending his life running. The fact that cole was still able to feel in the second game is super skipped over, I feel like fighting your alternate future might fuck with your head a lot.😂
The most selfish, but strangely selfless character I've seen. Both deeply evil and irresponsible, but somehow willing to right the greatest wrong anyone has ever committed.
@@kickass12121 Even taking on the messiah complex he developed it twice, one for himself as he was going to be the one to save the world by creating a hero, and then another one for himself (in this case cole) as he was going to create the perfect conduit to face off the beast
It's worth pointing out that, based on Kessler's own memories, he did legitimately believe that he could have won if he fought the Beast the first time. With this, and with him fighting Cole as the final test to make sure Cole was ready, you could argue that even now, altering time to set up Cole, he was still running from the responsibility of fighting the Beast directly by shoving it onto another version of himself.

I remember in one of my playthroughs I used the raysphere for black lightning and sacrificed Trish for the doctors. Kessler actually praised me as being exactly what he was hoping for.
Kessler seems like a prime example of what an Anti Villain is. Like Thanos in the MCU. Having overall good intentions, but means that are awful if not worse than if they didn't act at all. The saying goes "the ends don't always justify the means" is a great way to describe Kessler. A man wanting to save the world, but in doing so caused harm to thousands of lives.
when will enough of Modern Humans realise that the whole narrative of 'Hero' & 'Villain' (and the other Etymological terms) is just some twisted Modern Ideological Dogma of categorising 'Hero' and 'Villain' based on a preconceived notion of differentiating based on a social accepted standard of what to perceive and deem a 'Hero' and a 'Villain'... they're both allegorical terms that by nature are paradoxical for and against Humans in general within Real life and in fiction.
While I do agree with the sentiment. Not everything is so black and white. It's all a bunch of gray. The human spirit is second to none on this Earth. Our moral compasses, our perceptions of life, our very way of life is in of itself natural. We are made by nature but what we make or believe is also by definition OUR nature. A wolf creates a den, a bird creates a nest, an Elephant has excellent memory, even amidst what is considered "Nature" animals and other creatures create things of their own design. It's not as advanced as we are, but they still created their own things, their own lives. Everything we see is at it's core by nature. Be it human nature or otherwise. We evolved rapidly, that's merely it.
@@ravensailiata i mean 'morality' isn't exactly a stage of evolution that serves as the 'way of life' that you were pointing out about, it merely serves to juxtapose against Humanity and simplify but convolute it for a means to give out 'meaning' - which doesn't exactly serve the natural stage of life as Humans based upon on how Humans have been since the dawn of mankind. its either the Modern Era of Humans accept the way as it is, then just go on from there even if Human Nature will get in its way, and don't further 'radicalize' - then rationalise a subset of an idea to give 'meaning'... or Humanity can strive to convolute itself much more in the future.
@@godzillazfriction My point being, not everything nature or living thing's do is for the sake of survival or makes any sense or serves a specific purpose. Only look at Dolphins or Killer whales. They have a habit of torturing smaller creatures for the sake of it. Canines even in the wild are playful and intriguing. Species that I never thought had any connections actually work together to survive and actively participate in one another's raising of young, not because they had to, but because they can. Hornets and any hornets connected to them will actively remember and torment someone just because they existed. Not everything has a sense or purpose. It doesn't need to. Survival is not everything there is to life. Not everything needs to be complicated yes, but sometimes things being too simple isn't exactly living. Other species may not be as complex as we are, but it doesn't change the notion not everything is a necessity. The human mind is the most complicated thing on this planet, it is crazy to comprehend our progress in the past 2,000 years, hell, even the past 100. The wright brother's taking flight and neil armstrong landing on the moon are events merely 66 years apart. There are people out there that could have easily lived to see both. Was it necessary? Was it required for our survival? No, we did it because we could. That's what makes the gift of life amazing, we can do grand things if we want to, but we don't have to. Our complexity and our desire to try things just because we can is what makes life such an amazing thing. I'm not saying it's perfect. I'm not saying that the fact we have WMDs is what makes life great. Morality is the same thing. It's unnecessary, but that's what makes life itself more than just survival. It's living.
@@ravensailiata ok, sure but that doesn't negate my argument regarding 'morality' itself... im not making an argument that 'morality' is just all BS and that's that without delving as to how...
Still remember the day I beat Kessler. The plot twist was INSANELY good for me. I played the game again (to do the evil route) and every dialogue, every scene, every tiny detail was very well crafted and plan out. The foreshadowing was insane. I miss villains like Kessler and I really want Infamous to return in some way. I don't nessasary mean infamous 3 the return of Cole or something like that but a spin off or a cameo like a Playstation all stars 2 maybe? Something. I just love these games. They need/dereve more love!!!!
Kessler’s character reminds me of the song “Iron Man” by Black Sabbath, a song telling a story about a man who travels to the future to find a metallic beast wreaking havoc on the world, causing an apocalypse. while in the future he was turned to steel in a magnetic storm. The man travels back in time to the present to warn the people who then turned away and ignored him, causing him to go into a fit of rage and eradicate the human race he once tried to save, becoming the monster he was warning them of. And Kessler witnessed the end of the world due to the beast, so he travels back in time to ready his past self who goes on to become the beast in the evil ending (which is to my knowledge the ending that was supposed to be canon before they changed the canon because of trophy data) becoming the monster his alternate self readied him to face. Pretty interesting
That is a great parallel. With infamous 2 ending having meant to be cole turning into the beast as cannon, Kessler's actions to destroy the beast likely created it. Very enjoyable ironic ending. It is unfortunate from a gameplay perspective that they didn't utilize the time travel aspect to allow for ng+ and replayability that way.
I believe Kessler knew the very year the beast would appear. The infamous 2 guidebook implies that Kessler gave the year to everyone he told about the beast. Which would explain everyone’s shocked reaction to the beast showing up. It would also be in everyone’s best interest for Kessler to warn them years in advance to give them time to prepare That being said i think you’re absolutely right saying Kessler chose to punish Cole as I had always believed that myself. It also fits exactly in inFamous’s black and white morality system as being the most grey method of stopping the beast. Kessler is cole if neutral karma existed in the game and Kessler’s plan is both selfish and selfless at the same time i can’t think of a more neutral response.
You gotta keep in mind that with his influence the timeline must have changed wildly so who knows how much later or sooner it arrived compared to his timeline.
@@overusedbruh I think you’re absolutely right, this is just my headcanon but I think the beast arrived in 2020 in his timeline. Primarily because the raysphere would have been completed later in Kessler’s timeline.
@@godzillazfriction while you may be technically right most of the good missions a lot of the time revolve around healing people getting medicine helping free prisoners of war . And the bad missions are like kill this dude and take his shit or let's put a shit ton of explosives on a train and run it into a giant mansion or having a friend disguised as a malita member to start gunning down people that's pretty black and white mortality if there ever was black and white mortality
@@texasgent4694 I also headcanon that despite being effectively immortal due to his regeneration factor being maximized by the first son's technology keeping his cells from aging, his mind isn't that of an immortal whatsoever, and this miserable conduit probably struggles to recall his own timeline before the beast destroyed it.
This all does make me wonder though, who was The Beast in the original timeline? It can't be John, because the only reason he became the Beast was because of Cole activating or destroying Ray Sphere, so it to be someone else. The only person I can think of is Alden. Since he was supposed to be the leader of the First Sons before Kessler showed up, and it's possible the First Sons were working on the device before Kessler came. So maybe in Kessler's timeline, Alden became the Beast.
Also note that Kessler always kept Zeke somewhat safe, because Cole and Zeke might be selfish to a certain extent, Cole wouldnt have any moral point or anyone to rely on if it wasnt for Zeke. Even when pushing him away, he doesnt kill him Since the good ending in canon, I think Kessler knew that if the time came, Zeke would push Cole to do/be better, considering that Zeke starts fixing his mistakes nearly immediately which is a trait that Kessler wants, and Cole ignores that if Zeke stayed with Alden, he wouldve died, but Zeke doesnt blame Cole at any point for lashing out on him and admits his mistake, even though it mightve lead to his own death. Kessler was smart as he knew who needed to be filtered from Cole's life to keep him straight and focused on his goal

Never got over this series despite being an Xbox and now Pc player. Infamous and Prototype are both series I want remakes, or remasters or just anything more to know both series have any chance of a new game. I have only played Infamous 1 twice at a cousins house years ago and the experience never left me since, want to replay the game at some stage.
Omg I had the same experience I went to my cousins house for the weekend years ago and got to play infamous 1 got hooked but sadly only had the Xbox at home
My hope is that with this infamous content rolling, Sucker Punch will take notice and they finally announce a sequel or remaster! Keep up the great work y’all!
Is there really more TH-camrs out there making good infamous content. I’m sitting in some Infamous writing passion right now that might blow up under me and get me moving
It's not that infamous 1 is bad. It's that Infamous 2 took that foundation and made it 10x better. Gameplay wise. Story wise, both are great, but 2 really added a buncha fun stuff to the combat that make it feel way funner, but none of that would have been possible had this game not set such a great foundation.
I think the better word to explain is that infamous 1 felt UNPOLISHED you can tell with the way the some of the gameplay mechanics, the uneven designs of the open world we traverse, and the graphical performance are super stiff compared to infamous 2 although it's pretty obvious because it's the first game and also it was the early days of the ps3 so alot of the first wave of games for the first 2-3 years were rough performance wise
It’s interesting to think about how Kessler saw himself as better than Cole, or his past self, because he was responsible. He didn’t run from his problems and took responsibility and made the hard choices. But in a way, he did. He ran from his failed timeline, he made the most complicated plan he could just so he could pass on the responsibility of saving the world onto his younger self. I’d like to think that despite claiming he was more responsible than his younger self and was facing the problem he failed to before in a way he hasn’t changed and is still running from the beast. Either way, he still creates a version of himself who is better than him in every way.
Great video. Clean edits from TheReddeemer. I always love the stressing anyone puts on Kessler/Cole being cowards and complainers. Can't wait to see what more you have planned for the rest of the year!
This video made me realize something I never had before, I too like you think of the first game possibly more then the sequel when I think of InFAMOUS Idk why since both games are so special & I love them so much I like 2nd Son too but a lot of aspects of the game really could've used work I sorta still feel like it would be more interesting to have a game with karmic choices where Fetch is the protagonist given Purple is an inbetween color between Red & Blue But besides the point I'm jus baffled since it's InFAMOUS 2 I always claim is one of if not the best PS3 exclusives let alone games of that generation & a special favorite in my heart yet idk if it's the fact I never skip playing the first whenever I return to play them, or if despite my memory being blurry I remember so much of my first play thru so clearly since I still remember a lot of what happens in the game, or maybe it's just really that memorable All this to say that yea I have admit you're right it really such a good story & Kessler is no small part of that as I still believe he's clearly the most iconic foe & antagonist the series has ever known truly someone & hell the whole series as a whole something people should talk about more so much
By far, the most disappointing thing about Infamous 2 was the fact that there wasn’t a cool-looking, third type of lightning to get. I remember playing a good playthrough and then activating the RaySphere just to get the blackened lightning. Then I realized that it put me at the beginning of the Evil skill tree, and I was not nearly skilled enough to defeat Kessler with that limitation, so I started over XD
@@godzillazfriction The story is terrible. The decision to make 2's good ending canon was a mistake. Having conduits reappear less than 10 years after Cole's sacrifice undermines what he did in 2. The characters in Second Son are also weaker than what we got in the first 2 games: Cole is more interesting than Delsin, and Augustine is not as compelling as Kessler, The Beast, or Bertrand. The morality system in Second Son was also worse than the previous titles. Whether Delsin is good or evil, his brother has the exact same thing to say to him before he dies, and this makes no sense since Delsin's brother is upset with him if he chooses to be evil. The only thing I'll give Second Son is that it looks really pretty.

I will always hold InFamous as the greatest game ive played on the ps3 its an experience id recommend to anyone cause the original voice actor and Kessler really sell the story and characters I pray everyday for a remake or remaster of this game on ps5 more so than any sequel to second son Desmond is cool but i believe Cole will always be the main protagonist of this series for me

Great video! Kessler always intrigued me as a video game antagonist ever since I first beat inFamous 1 when I was 10 years old. He's stuck on my mind over the years, even as I've played more games and been exposed to more antagonists, to where he's honestly one of my personal favorites.
No thanks to the mods? I see how it is. Nah but seriously, amazing work once again, you and redeemer make yet another great video thats keeping the infamous community afloat. Keep up the great work!
Also, I have a question. Why didn’t Kesler just stop the ray sphere from being created? And how does the beast exist in the original timeline if he was created by Kesler’s meddling in the second timeline?
@ashtonmcpherson1730 I think it goes back to the idea that he either wasn’t fully aware of how the beast was created or that he wanted any excuse to abuse his younger self so he created the conditions to allow him to do that.
I think the timeline splits when Kessler destroyed the ray sphere sending John to his fate. He unintentionally created the beast and tried to run from it and the disease that ran thru the city, but it was inevitable in a sense the only timeline where he could win came about in the second game thanks to him changing the outcome and setting a new path for himself. As much as Kessler knew he also didn’t know how his life would be turn out if he had done things differently so he dabbled in tampering it not realising that it would all end up how feared the beast was created because of him. I however am not sure of Kesslers whole story and at what point the beast created, was it the same scenario Cole was in when he destroyed the ray sphere that killed John. Or was it Moya that was testing it out with John. Did a version Kessler exist in that timeline as he did in Coles. Unless we get a new story of Kessler and how the ray sphere was made in that timeline I can only assume it was him all along some sort of paradox
Infamous 1s world was so good, I still remember the final mission trying to escape the city bridge, and I haven’t played this game in probably 15 years
I fully believe that John is not the same beast from Kessler's timeline. I think the original beast is actually Delson but due to Kessler's interference, it changed to John
Yo. I like that because Delsin's og power was more fiery like the beast's. That'd actually be a tightly tied bow incorporating all the versions of the series protagonists.
Such an amazing video essay. I played infamous 1 when I was a kid, as a teen I was always intrigued by Infamous 2 and it led me back to the first game. Playing through it and looking back at the game as an adult, I appreciate it so much more. Kessler was such an amazing antagonist. I loved the infamous games and I love this video for showing me how much I truly appreciate them. Thanks for the effort you put in brother.
It's really interesting that the music that plays in the second phase of Kessler's fight is the same music that plays at the beginning of the game. I wonder what Kessler would think about Evil Cole? If he worked so hard to build himself into a better man by taking away everything he's ever loved, then how would he feel about the fact that his actions have only created a more selfish version of himself?
Considering how bad superhero games have been recently (im looking at you suicide squad) i might as well make my own game using public domain Superheroes!.
9:24 i believe kessler did not receive his powers the same way Cole did (ray sphere explosion) since Kessler was worried Cole would die from the explosion
Personally I think that Kessler/Future Cole's powers came from a Ray Sphere blast though in His original timeline He was simply caught in the blast He wasn't the one who activated the Ray Sphere
Excellent video. Kessler and his motivations are the epitome of well-intentioned extremism. Reprehensible, but understandable with full context. You explained the parallels and differences with Cole quite well. Side note, but what's your opinion on the identity of The Beast in the original timeline? Infamous 2 has John in the role and gives us context. However, the nature of time travel stories more often than not has characters who utilize that power changing things massively. There's no guarantee that The Beast was the same person with the same reason from Kessler's timeline. But I digress. Thanks for the video.
Awesome video, I always wished that Infamous would come to PC or Xbox, I never had a Playstation but I played the hell out of Prototype and read up on inFamous lore due to the games being so similar and quickly fell in love with its semi-realistic comic book story of morality, consequences and responsibility. Kessler perfectly summarizes all these lessons in the story, while I do like The Beast, Kessler has always been the best villain in the series.
Just gonna like and come back and watch later. TH-cam read my mind when I thought about how Cole McGrath might be one of my favorite all time MC. Delivered the video quicker than Amazon
Does Kessler ever actually say he got his powers from the Ray Sphere? Because if we accept the assertion of Second Son that Conduits don't NEED a Ray Sphere to activate then it's possible Kessler's powers developed on their own and he only used the Ray Sphere to enhance his power. Which actually neatly clears up that little continuity snarl with the very premise of Second Son.
The way I see it, Kessler's motivations are entirely selfish, his actions are driven by a twisted sense of self-righteousness. No matter what Cole does, Kessler interprets that to feed his confirmation bias. He knows he's a failure, and will do anything to prove that he's not. That there exists a timeline where he's not. He has to prove to himself that he's the one who can stop The Beast, and "saving the world" is just a weak excuse.
I agree, but I also thing Kessler is a tragic figure as well. Yeah he ran instead of fighting the beast but as far as we could tell he never fought an enemy like that in his timeline he probably just lived a normal life. It was the deaths of his wife and children that drove him to action and he realized that he coupes have stopped the carnage sooner he decided to go back and force his younger self into that villain role. I doubt he killed Trish because he wanted to he simply believed he needed to, in order to force this other version of himself to grow up, to strength his will.
I love infamous bro. When i was a kid and didnt have enough money to get the first infamous i used to play it at gamestop when they used to have a playstation and xbox set up
It's make sense when you made Delsin Rowe a villain in your old video. And another thing I think Delsin is the beast. Because when Cole saw the future there was ice. My theory.
I always liked the pairing with kessler and evil cole for both games. Kessler wanted cole strong and ready. Evil offers you more power and easier gameplay in infamous 1. To me its making cole choose not out of good of evil but out of which option will save the world. Or simply put, doing whatever it takes by any means necessary. In infamous 2 after cole learns the truth and in the tie in comic You learn coles hatred for kessler and what hes done. low and behold kesslers attempt to sacrifice cole with the rfi failed. Cole finds his own path to forge instead of being forged for him. Cole becomes the beast, out of spite for kessler, fear from dying and finding a better way to save the world. Kessler created his own monster, and made a self fulfilling prophecy. It’s tragic and dark, and that may appear bad. But i think it works perfectly for a story like infamous.
See, I really love the first one. It was that in-between game. It has issues, for sure, but the game play and story are of the wall! The sequels were good too, but they didn't quite hit the highs they were aiming for. I mean, their last-minute twists were okay. Obvious but okay. The first one it comes out of nowhere.
inFAMOUS 1 & 2 are among my favorite games on Playstation of all-time and has one the most original super heroes ever created imo. I used to also main Cole in Playstation All-Stars too lol and still have my inFAMOUS 2 Collector's edition items. But I always had one question, why didn't Kessler just stop the production of the Ray Sphere and get rid of the First Sons, instead of putting his past self through absolute hell. Also I find it interesting how the original plan for inFAMOUS was to continue from the Evil ending of inFAMOUS 2 with Cole as the beast, but then again I think they made the right choice of making the good ending canon. I felt like Prototype made that same mistake where you had to kill Alex Mercer at the end of the game which many disliked and would be a problem if that happened in an inFAMOUS 3, I would absolutely hate having to kill Cole unless the were going to devs handle his fate some other way.
Amazing videos, always love how well written the script was in explaining all this, I struggle with that aspect so much. Well done explaining everything. Love infamous 1.

or Humanity can strive to convolute itself much more in the future.
It would also be in everyone’s best interest for Kessler to warn them years in advance to give them time to prepare
That being said i think you’re absolutely right saying Kessler chose to punish Cole as I had always believed that myself.
@@overusedbruhYeah Kessler meddling with the timeline caused The Beast to appear much earlier than it originally did

I am now going to replay this game wish we had a remastered version
"Yes, You probably will. In fact, I hope you do. I've been at this for a long time now, and I'm tired. Worn out."
Genuinely one of his best lines
Yeah especially when you realize that due to His one-way trip back in time, Kessler was most likely over 100 years old when He finally died
Even when pushing him away, he doesnt kill him
Since the good ending in canon, I think Kessler knew that if the time came, Zeke would push Cole to do/be better, considering that Zeke starts fixing his mistakes nearly immediately which is a trait that Kessler wants, and Cole ignores that if Zeke stayed with Alden, he wouldve died, but Zeke doesnt blame Cole at any point for lashing out on him and admits his mistake, even though it mightve lead to his own death.

Love that you're helping keep Infamous alive!
My hope is that with this infamous content rolling, Sucker Punch will take notice and they finally announce a sequel or remaster! Keep up the great work y’all!
We can only hope
Is there really more TH-camrs out there making good infamous content. I’m sitting in some Infamous writing passion right now that might blow up under me and get me moving
yall?
@@joualavedra1208 what are you asking?
pipe dream here but MAYBE they could finally make that inFamous 2 sequel that follows the "evil ending" that was supposed to be canon
Either way, he still creates a version of himself who is better than him in every way.
how do I keep finding good unfortunately underrated TH-camrs to watch
Great video. Clean edits from TheReddeemer. I always love the stressing anyone puts on Kessler/Cole being cowards and complainers. Can't wait to see what more you have planned for the rest of the year!
This video made me realize something I never had before, I too like you think of the first game possibly more then the sequel when I think of InFAMOUS
Idk why since both games are so special & I love them so much I like 2nd Son too but a lot of aspects of the game really could've used work I sorta still feel like it would be more interesting to have a game with karmic choices where Fetch is the protagonist given Purple is an inbetween color between Red & Blue
But besides the point I'm jus baffled since it's InFAMOUS 2 I always claim is one of if not the best PS3 exclusives let alone games of that generation & a special favorite in my heart yet idk if it's the fact I never skip playing the first whenever I return to play them, or if despite my memory being blurry I remember so much of my first play thru so clearly since I still remember a lot of what happens in the game, or maybe it's just really that memorable
All this to say that yea I have admit you're right it really such a good story & Kessler is no small part of that as I still believe he's clearly the most iconic foe & antagonist the series has ever known truly someone & hell the whole series as a whole something people should talk about more so much
By far, the most disappointing thing about Infamous 2 was the fact that there wasn’t a cool-looking, third type of lightning to get. I remember playing a good playthrough and then activating the RaySphere just to get the blackened lightning.
Then I realized that it put me at the beginning of the Evil skill tree, and I was not nearly skilled enough to defeat Kessler with that limitation, so I started over XD
the most 'disappointing' thing about inFAMOUS 2 is the whole game itself...
its a drastic step down compared to the 1st game.
@@godzillazfrictionAnd Second Son is an even bigger step down from its predecessors.
@@Dzzy123 ok, genius then elaborate how...
@@Dzzy123 i asked you to 'elaborate how' all you're doing is making one-noted 'criticisms' based upon on your flawed perception regarding the apparent 'issues' that make Second Son be deemed to be 'overall worse'...
an infamous video, dont mind if i do, infamous 1 is my personal completely biasly favorite, i honestly never thought much of kessler as i played
i enjoyed his twist and using the mans knowledge from the future to manipliuate the past as a shadow is a great villain trope, but beyond that he was just the man who ran away and killed his doopulgangers wife because "YOU MUST BE READY" and idk i guess i just kinda rolled my eyes a bit
great video i enjoyed looking at another perspective on him
Kinda sad that you didnt mention anything about Cole becomming the Beast tho as that was the planned cannon ending but still very cool video
I thought about maybe doing that but decided to focus solely on Kessler instead.

Loveeee infamous bud. It was my childhood! Thanks for this video essay. We all are like Cole in the sense when we are young we run away from responsibility and the older we grow we understand how discipline and doing the right thing is so important to achieve what you actually want in life!

I love the first Infamous
Infamous 1s world was so good, I still remember the final mission trying to escape the city bridge, and I haven’t played this game in probably 15 years
I fully believe that John is not the same beast from Kessler's timeline. I think the original beast is actually Delson but due to Kessler's interference, it changed to John

Yo. I like that because Delsin's og power was more fiery like the beast's. That'd actually be a tightly tied bow incorporating all the versions of the series protagonists.
Only bad part of 1 and 2 is the running away and just Cole decides he needs to jump on every single ledge with in 5 feet of him
Such an amazing video essay.
Kessler was the Best Main Enemy of Infamous then what we got today
this was such a great video, and it helped me understand Kesslers story a bit more, keep up the great videos :D

I think a lot about the fact Kessler's lightning is blue/white.
Just played it again on 2024, it will never get old imo.
@@texasgent4694 that’s possible, who detonated it though?
@@solorhypercane5041 Beast maybe. It takes some time to become evil :D Let's just leave this as a theory
The reveal of who Kessler truly is, is on par with the reveal of who revan is from KOTOR, in my opinion.
I loved Infamous 1. The graphics didn't bother me one bit. The story was great. Surely, better than Second son story.

Commenting for the algorithm, but this is great content for an interesting and underrepresented character. Good work!
It's make sense when you made Delsin Rowe a villain in your old video. And another thing I think Delsin is the beast. Because when Cole saw the future there was ice.
My theory.
honestly I can see it it would make sense imagine it made him that way after absorbing alot of power and than using the raysphere
I always wondered what would’ve happened if Kessler survived infamous 1
Infamous 1 desperately needs a remaster came back to play it and never noticed how graphically dated it was
I was bummed when Infamous 3 didn't get announced for the PS5 launch.

I want a post-beast Cole. Cole turning into Kessler, a different Kessler. But Kessler.
I almost wish Infamous 2 was as hard as Infamous 1. Like Infamous 2 did give me struggles but it wasn’t as much of a challenge as the first game
inFAMOUS 1 & 2 are among my favorite games on Playstation of all-time and has one the most original super heroes ever created imo.
Love infamous 1.
i prefer Cole's voice acter in infamous 1 over the sequal. seems to be a unpopular opinion though
