I turned 60 last year and finally found a strength training program I can stick too. I've always been an avid hiker, but the strength training never interested me. Now I feel stronger and my cholesterol has gone down. I did 3.0 beginning in october, and now finishing this! I don't expect to look 20 again, but to live healthier. AND I can do the lunges with weight now. I had to start with no weight and still found balancing difficult! WooHooo
And just like that we wrapped up week 11! Wow cannot believe we made it through 11 weeks of workouts 🙌 congratulations everyone🎉 just 5 more exercises to go ❤thank you heather! This has been the best program ever

Week 11 done! 💪🏻 Can't believe it's almost done, one week to go!😯 I did the core circuit twice before moving to the second part, and it felt really nice! Such a great way to end this week! (burned 272 cals on my fitbit)
