Just for colour do we need to import green peas? Need to think about it as it increases the cost. If the thing we use can't be produced in India then definitely we can import if it is very much necessary only. Just to give the hype need not to import food items.

Can somebody recommend a recipe for the yellow masala gravy. Ever since I moved out of Bangalore, I have been trying to find South Indian style chaats but here in Delhi, the masala is a way too different resembling chole ki sabzi.
Kripal saying 'Lassun ki chatni' reminded me of my days in Indore ! Some day you should visit the very famous Indore eating streets: 'Chappan Dukkan' and 'Sarafa Bazaar'.
