Aaand 6 months later - you pay for 2-5 days delivery - and then you wait and wait for 2+ weeks. Customer service is nonexistent - you can only talk to a bot. Thats the level of trashiness called FedEx!
FedEx really sucks. The package tracking shows that my package will be arrived be the end of the day. Then nothing came. When I check the tracking web again, it shows delivery exception due to business closed. Saying it will attempt delivery next day. On the next day, nothing came. The package tracking web tells me my delivery schedule is pending. ?????????worst company ever

But they can't explain why they keep saying delivery attempted address incorrect when I've called them twice to confirm my house address this company needs to be shut down permanently this is totally unacceptable

@@whatppme3354 i had to email the CEO, someone from the executive services called be back, 2 days later it just magically appeared at my doorstep, it didnt even show in transit, or out for delivery, like they found it and overnighted it to my house. box was fugly , bottom staples came out, luckily it was double boxed, but someone definitely went the box. i took pics and sent them to the shipper and he said that's NOT not it was packaged. , they opened it, and pulled back 2 layers of plastic to see what it was and realized it was an antique radio that they wouldnt get squat for at the pawnshop, it was retaped and thrown back in the pile. I want to ship a bag of sand with a GPS tracker and write "Fragile - Gold Bars inside" and see how fast it gets "lost"
Damaged packages yes... you have to contact the seller so they can file claim HOWEVER, why do couriers tell customers to contact the sender when something is delayed? The sender can't do anything about it! Its YOU! Fedex! Stop putting the shipper through hell because you lost a package. The best is when a package is marked delivered... yet nothing arrived. What happens? the small business pays because heck... Fedex won't! The customer already paid! UPS and fedex are constantly destroying packages and making small businesses take the losses. Hate couriers.

FedEx just “lost” 1,500 rounds of ammunition I ordered from two different shippers. Didn’t seem to care. Now it’s on me to call the shippers and ask them to file a claim with FedEx. Not concerned about losing ammunition… amazing

people its not magic just because you click buy it doesn't mean it comes right away the shipper has to box up label it and call for pickup by FedEx all before it gets in the system, 2020 basically has been an entire year of peak season numbers. there are so many hours a driver can work according to dot and then the driver has to be off for a set amount of hours before next clock in. you want your package than apply and be a driver your self the more manpower there it the more packages get delivered

I ordered from mint mobile and they used fedex to bring my package and it’s now Monday and it says it’s being delivered today
