🤣 I don't know where I come up with some of the stuff I say 🤣🤣 it just flows 🤣 some people may disagree, but to me, if you use a lot of spices, You can get the store brand at Walmart or Aldi and they taste just as good as the expensive stuff. Now obviously, I do use the real vanilla extract 🦫 That's why I always like to show and tell what I use and where it comes from how because people think it has to be really expensive and it really doesn't. I'm so glad that you are enjoying cooking and that I can help you. That's my mission! 🙏🏻

Good recipe. I use the Lakanto Golden Monkfruit with Erythratol since it does not clump. I use the version you have for baking (if I do bake, which is rare) :D Good balance of flavor here. Thanks.
I was gonna comment and say I had to add way more salt for this to taste good BUT then I realized the creole seasoning we used was salt free. I kept asking my husband if he forgot the salt lol. I tested it on a few tiny burgers. I added two more teaspoons of salt and I think it still needed more but since I was wrapping the burgers in bacon I didn’t add anymore than one tablespoon. Turned out perfect salted with the bacon. Next time I’ll have some Tony’s or slap ya mama and make it. My son gifted me several seasonings and I had no clue they were no salt
Oh yeah. Glad that you looked at the ingredients to know there was no salt in it. If you made it again and used a seasoning with salt and then added extra salt, it would be way too much and then you'd be really confused. 🤣
I find sweeteners don’t carnelize very well not sure why maybe it’s the erythol in it but my bark especially on ribs does not come out well when I use swerve brown sugar
I use the Magic Bakers Brown which I think does pretty good. It has molasses in it, so you may want to add a little more molasses to yours. It does add some carbs, but not enough to count based on the amount you put on them
I see what you use is made by Splenda have you ever used Splenda allulose..I guess it’s straight allulose and I hear good things about it..I’ve seen where some add 1/2 tsp of molasses to it to make brown sugar.
Yummy….I have these ingredients….now I just need a big ‘ole pork butt or brisket to put this on. 😀 (Kroger, here I come) I’ll be using this on the burgers I all ready do have, though, & that’s just fine with me. 😊👍🏻
