Very honorable of Aaron to praise Miranda out loud in front of everyone. He really meant it from his heart and you could tell it was very much appreciated and Miranda deserved the respect
@@azaemogirl1572I think at this point, it was clear she wanted pity and they could see through it.. She almost always had something wrong with her during every cook..
I disagree. I think she had self-confidence issues. And they were pushing her with this to get it up to the level of her cooking. People are so quick to characterise people with emotions or social issues as manipulative on shows like these. The judges would not have let her through if her food wasn't good enough. And this was them being concerned about her confidence levels. It was for HER benefit not theirs. They wouldn't pull the rug out from someone just because they struggle with a personal flaw. If her cooking is still good enough she deserves a chance to go through. I don't think these judges are swayed by sob stories. If a dish is not good enough they'll say it and won't let the person advance. So, honestly I think people are way too harsh with Thea and need to lay off a little. And honestly, looking back over this season. She didn't cry as much as people claimed, what is abundantly clear is that she probably had and still has to a degree anxiety issues. That's something she's working on and the fact that she still enters a high pressure competition like this to try and better herself is admirable.
It's normal for people to choose themselves as they stated it's an individual competition not a pity show even Miranda did that I don't see you flaming her?
@@yuelily he did 2 things in some of the first eps., firstly, Alice helped him with his cooking, but when he won the mystery challenge, he made her eliminated immediately by giving her weakness ingredient, secondly, he led his first team challenge to the loss, but he didn’t take responsibility, instead, he chose to save himself, letting other contestant cooked, now Karma got him, Théa seemed unconfident and gave up, but to choose to save him, she was NO
I think that’s his overall problem this season like he’s a great cook but whenever he get overconfident whether it be a compliment or knowing what your cooking he simply gets too excited to really realize what he’s doing
I understand why Thea saved herself in this ep. Thea's using her emotions as her weapon and Aaron's being cocky that he let his team down with his decision during the Burger challenge in which she is under Aaron's team. He even repeated it on the Auberge's anniversary challenge ep. It was just Thea's 'strategy' is more effective than Aaron's. And I think it is more easy to correct someone's underconfidence and emotion than the selfishness, overconfidence, and ambitious. I, too, misjudged her with being so emotional but watching this ep made me realized that he deserves to go. Both are great cooks and I have no doubt with that. Aaron's got hired in Chef Michael's restaurant and Thea proved herself again in S7 that she can place again as the frontrunner of the competition. I'm just talking about the character and integrity of the cooks which is also important to flourish in this industry.

Okay but Aaron's tajin was awful. And I have to say that because clove is really strong. To give people an idea, gingerbread cookies, a single batch, require an 1/8 tsp. He grinded 4 whole cloves. That's really strong. It must've tasted nasty.
I'm about to light a match in this dynamite factory. The judges verbatim said the only reason Thea would go home is if she eliminated herself. Aaron still made the worst dish. However I will say now would've been a far more appropriate time for a double elimination, not two episodes ago with Matt and Justine.
Yea Matt and Justine really got hit hard and the fact that Thea’s strategy for the teaming up being pair the cooks that are good together to see how they manage and she really wanted to see Matt and Justine win together for helping her out totally backfired on her makes it so much sadder
It's a tough position to be in. Your boss is yelling for more food but you need more time, so to make up for it you turn up the heat and it burns the outside and leaving an uneven cook on the inside. You just gotta take the lashing sometimes so it's not sent back, while trying to balance the rest of your team to cook on your time, even if it's on the expeditor's or owner's time. Hard to explain a few sentences but I think you get the gist of it. lol
