I have had great success using rapid remover ( product i heard about from you) on paint over spray....i used it on a x5 with paint all over the grill and trim most of it just rinsed off
Thank you !! Just one thing, when you scrape the glass, only do it in one direction, you could be tempted to go back on a forth, that’s how you trap debris and scratch the glass.
Q-7 is the best lube/detailer I've ever used. It just makes each part of the car look so much better. It's like Meguiars Express Wax on steroids, only better. Phenomenal product.
Recently painted my car with base coat clear coat and should of used better tape / done a better job protecting it. The rubber trim is biggest concern.. not having much luck with acetone.. clay.. rubbing alcohol.. lacquer thinner ?..
@@deathomen18 sorry late response . Yeah I wouldn't even classify mine as overspray .. more like I painted my window /rubber trim and cleared over it .lol I just had to get it coated as I live in hoa and it was coming out my garage like crazy 🤪 .. Gun was acting up and I just pulled the trigger. I've used it all ... nothing really stood out to me as working the best.. well maybe the reducer but I needed that .. probably the least expensive and safest I'm assuming and what's getting this final amount off is isopropyl alcohol.. 90% .. and clay sponge dealio. Best of luck my paintjob definitely be better but that's what good about paint.. fix it .. unlike vinyl I was attempting to do prior.. that gets expensive real quick learning that as well.
Bro you literally made a 5-minute video into a 20-minute video, lol😂. Very informative though I have some overspray with clear coat if you can believe that just trying to get it out, thanks though
I don't understand no1 makes people watch ur videos but trolls have 2 just be negitive and jerkoffs.with u being the God father of utube ,30 plus years of experience y not enjoy the videos get ALL the knowledge ur giving us to help not hinder .2 things in life ill take all some1 is giving me is knowledge and money.ALL day!!!
Basically any time you touch your car your agitating your " clear coat" . So as long as you have enough clear coat and a polisher... Youll be fine... i guess
@ken... because it's a no brainer... that why they don't talk about where it comes from. One of 3 ways 1. Driving behind or around road crews 2. Lack of prep when spraying other areas 3. Which leads to rush jobs.

Around 4-6 minute mark to when he gets to the point

Great job I've used clay bar before but you refined my technique thanks. Regards

You mentioned about distilled water. Is it just less prone to water spots and so on? Great job btw!
Great video! Very informative.
Hey Darren ! I’ve used lacquer thinner. Works great. Doesn’t damage paint.
The nanoskin pad is awesome. Speeds up the process and provides the same great results.
@Danny Gonzalez lt eats paint
Always learn something new. Great video! 💪🏼
Great video sir and well explained.
I bought a used suburban and the previous owner spray painted a scratch. I really want to get that off. It's like an 2x8 inches and it bothers me.
Skip Bayless of overspray lol. Thank you
Just liked it... Thanks sir.
Do you talk a lot before you even get to the stuff you need to do😅

General concensus is, claybar is more agressive than clay mitt..
I imagine laquer thinner damages older single stage paint from the 70s without clearcoat.
