Panj Kakkars - 5 K's of Sikhi, what they are and their functions for us spiritually and physical discipline of wearing them and use. The kakkars are Kes (unshorn hair), Kanga (wooden comb), Kashera (Sikh underwear), Kirpan (sword of mercy) and a Kara (iron bangle)
