Ah Pa, a heat resistant nylon flip over ladle makes flipping over of the fish and egg omellet so easy
I just bought one and found it really so so easy to flip. I normally prefer to use a wooden ladle but sometimes it's just so clumsy in flipping. So, I decided to buy a thin flexible nylon ladle and try. Also, since flipping over is just a very fast action, don't need to worry about the heat melting the ladle which is my main concern about nylon or even silicone utensils.
