I started growing out my hair during the summer and I have been getting the sides and the back faded. I wanna grow my hair out so I can get individuals like box braids but I also wanna be able to have my hair unbraided and have it look nice. So I was wondering should I let the back of my hair grow out too or should I keep getting it faded?
@@mdvs06 do you get your hair braided and if you do how do it look? Because one of the thing I’m worried about is if I grow the back out and get it braided it might look weird
I have the exact same question If my hair is long enough I want to get braids but yet I don’t know if I should still get them faided with the braids or should I grow out the back also??
yes, some people have different hair textures in different parts of their head, that can happen because of your genetics so one part of your hair could be 4c and the other 3c or 4a , so that’s more than likely what’s happening for ur case , you can try using a different products for the back of your hair vs the front
Yo so I have some two strand twists in my head rn. How long should I keep them in? A week ago I had put in cornrows and when I take them out I saw my full hair length and as soon as I washed it my Hair Shrunk. In the morning I want my hair to look high how should I do that? Note my hair is 4.5 inches!
you should try to keep them in for at least three weeks to a month, and you want to wait two weeks in between getting your hair braided again or done again, shrinkage is the issue that’s harder to deal with, different hair textures have different amounts of shrinkage the best advice I can ever give her shrinkage is just continue to grow your hair and the longer your hair is , The fuller your head will look when your hair does shrink
you have to leave it in , you’re not supposed to wash it out you’ll only wash products out of your hair when it’s time to actually wash your hair which is every two weeks to a month,
I’m having truoble. My hair is mostly 3b. But on the right side of my hair is pretty straight with just a few kinks. When I try to curl it, it barely curls at all. What do I do?
so it’ll work for some textures and might not work for some others, I wouldn’t say Cantu is the best brand that you could use you might wanna switch that out for something else like as I am or even shea moisture products
You would use the same technique but it’s going to be depending on how well your hair works with a certain product, also you can finger curl your hair I’ll have to make a separate video on that one
was ur hair blowdryed out before or no because i have like hair that goes down tothe tip of my nose when i pull it down and i just wanted to dry and do that but didnt know if there was a point
