You know where we didn't have a breach? In my notebook. :)

Silver and copper win over gold anytime. The coppery-brass or is it coppery bronze griffin knocker looks very neat. If it is not real copper, brass, or bronze, just painted metal, you could easily paint it gold with a proper metal paint.

as an atyd fan i would do anything for that replica of the one eyed witch statue. i thought it was different from things we’ve seen in harry potter boxes, but maybe it’s just cause i have an emotional attachment to that statue and the honeydukes passageway 💔
My favorite was the door knocker, but I absolutely love Rose gold/copper! My least favorite was definitely that statue, but I get what it is and I liked the fact that they did it. It is made well too. I do have both subscriptions and I absolutely love them!
I actually love that key. I don't love all of their keys, like I didn't like the Black family key. But I like this one a LOT, and all that detail included instead of having to pay extra for the key is amazing. I also love my Weasley's Wheezes key from WT.

The witch is the One Eyed Witch, it grants passage from Hogwarts to Honeydukes. Harry uses it in the third book to sneak out of hogwarts and into Honeydukes. I believe the password is dissendium to get it open.

Cherry for the door knocker problem easy fix. Grab metalic gold spray paint at your local hardware store. Give it a few layers for added pigment and then if u want the aged look grab black acrylic paint and water it down a little and paint over the cracks and make it look as aged as u want that way. Problem Solved.

Lady Walles, you could totally DIY that doorknocker yourself... a mild acid or paint remover to remove the varnish, and then you can electroplate it yourself, super easy and loads of fun.

The back of the magnet is attached to the other side the yellow is the glue bit most likely lol 🤣 the box ain’t bad at all, must say you weren’t excited about the box at all 😅 the gryph door knocker could always be sprayed to wtv colour you need, it looked really nice. You definitely could spray paint that door knocker with spray paint made for outdoors or you could just put a little rub and buff on it but not sure if that would be good for outdoors.

You could try painting the door knocker with Hammerite metal paint, you may need to scuff the surface a little with fine sandpaper first though
