    OMG..... stir frying noodles all the way with a tablespoon ....the most amusing part of the video is all the exclamations and the happiness of the contended chef! Thank u for sharing my Singapore breakfast noodles.

    Condiments :
    2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    Light soya sauce
    Salt
    Sugar
    Shaoxing wine (optional)
    1 tablespoon dark soya sauce (for colour)
    Sesame oil (for nice fragrance)
    White pepper
    Hot water (to dilute)

      If u like a bit sour taste, u can put one tbsp tomato sauce as well ...

    I love to add shitake mushroom, slice thinly, to the noodles n also use the mushroom water when stirfrying it.

    You said red onion, it look more like shallot. Does it mean that it's better to use red onions? (the big ones)

      There’s some small red onions in malaysia, to be very frank, I always confused between small red onions and shallots, i do feel shallot has a slightly elongated shape though.

    What would help immensely is if you put the ingredients and what is needed in the caption under the video, that way when someone wants to cook it they have the ingredients and video available at the same time :)

      U can get it easily from butcher in malaysia or Singapore. U can also do away with it, don’t worry

    I subscribed and I want to make some of these recipes but every few minutes it is hard to make out an ingredient, I think you said pork lard in this dish but maybe not. So I really wish you would list the names of the ingredients somewhere. Obviously I can tell cabbage, egg, ginger, red onion but some of the sauces and the name of the Chinese cooking wine today I couldn't get. And I can figure out how much of everything just by watching the video. Enjoy your channel and want to make some cheap HEALTHY food.

      It's very irritating to hear d spoon scratching against d Wok Yes I don't know why he doesn't like to use Its call A Ladle even a wooden one who's b good enough U will noticed Alot of Chefs oso find use Ladle They use a big soup ladle . Wonder why?? Maybe it's a rule not to use a correct utensil or Maybe Somebody shld Donate to Ah Pa?
