TSS is great for working out calories required but 60 minutes max effort has a much different macro burned ratio than 2.5hrs of endurance pace. Your going to burn way more glycogen during a 60 minute max effort than you are a 2.5hr endurance session where a well trained athlete could be burning almost 100% fat.
Very interesting, but one thing that is very unclear to me is which daily carbohydrates we're talking about. Am I measuring the carbohydrates I eat before my workout at a particular TSS, during that workout, after that workout, or all three? Thank you.

The entire day! How you break them up between before-during-after will have some impact, but I've focused primarily on the total daily intake.
