Thank You! It was a wicked storm. Most of northern New Jersey was under a tornado warning that night. No tornado, actually occurred. But the storm definitely had the potential to produce one.
I just checked, yupp this was the exact same storm cell that hit my neighborhood. We went under a severe Thunderstorm Warning from this but boy I wasn't expecting all the wind to come in the way it did and that lightning was the most constant I've seen in years. Once again great footage!!
This storm was huge and it affected most of northern New Jersey and all of NYC and western Long Island. The lightning was constant and never stopped. The best thunderstorm I ever witnessed was back on September 16th 2010. That storm did produce two separate tornadoes in both Brooklyn and Queens and killed two people. I was in my second year of high school and I was 15 went it happened. Amazing storm.
This past summer was intense. I hope this summer will be even more epic. I'd like to see a twister in my backyard one day just to see one. I've never seen a tornado ever.
I remember that night. I was sleeping and got woke up by the loud thunder. Went back to sleep and woke up next morning to see all of my backyard furniture was blown over. It was a wicked storm for sure.
Holy cow!!! I'm subscribing to ya!! Finally someone that caught exactly what I filmed out here in Cypress Hills Brooklyn. I think this is the same exact storm cell that hit us, it produced so much wind, rain and lightning I thought a tornado was coming through the neighborhood. Thank you so much for uploading! This storm cell was one to remember.
I missed this because I’m currently in South Carolina for vacation but I looked at the ring in my backyard this morning when I woke up the lightning was crazy
As of right now I'm not 100% sure if indeed a tornado was reported or on the ground somewhere but the tornado warning was issued for my area. The warning was also in place for Florham Park, NJ and that general area as well.
@DivinityzBeAsT , radar indicated hook echo showed up right over Roselle Park, NJ but it never produced a tornado. That's only 20 minutes east of me. Crazy!
Dude, first pick a shot and stick with it. Idunno, if it was another one of your videos or not where I already complained about this. All you're doing is making people motion sick. Even if you see lighting in a different spot, just stick with the more active shot and occasionally pan over to the next shot. You have some the best footage of anyone else, and the sweeping back and fourth just ruins it. Next, you caught some awesome footage, I've never seen a storm where the rain begins before the lightning gets a lot closer!👌👌👌🙂🙂🙂
That storm looked wicked. I remember waking up early that morning because of it. There was TONS of lightning in it.

I remember this night. It was a ridiculously powerful thunderstorm late that night. Thankfully, no tornadoes occurred.
Thank You!

Hope we have craziness this summer but no tornados

So i moved to Florida and missing out the good storms up there
Thank You! If anything, you now live in the thunderstorm capital of North America. Florida is the place to be for constant severe weather activity.

This was a great storm. Probably the best one I've see so far this year.
Scary!
Thank You!
Seems the storm didn't passed overhead.Or was it later after the video that night? Non stop lightning.Says enough. Thanks for the footage.👍
This storm did pass overhead filming as it happened.
Woke up at 1AM to hear this exact same cell.
I stood up late tracking it's progress and came out onto my balcony just to see it. Was well worth the wait last night.
I was woken up by it, too. It was a mean storm, that's for sure.
Thank You!
Were any Tornadoes confirmed

It's crazy there wasn't no confirmed tornadoes from this storm cell. It certainly did have potential

That happened there since 1942
What are you talking about?
@@DynamicDuo795 the storm happened there since 1942
@@DynamicDuo795What they're trying to say is that storms like this may have happened since 1942
@RobloxGamingCorner , they've been there a lot longer than 1942.
