The caller to 911 is a star! She did everything right. I cannot say the same for the operator. Had she listened to the caller, who was direct with all the pertinent information needed, the caller wouldn’t have had to repeat herself over and over. The caller kept the scene manageable, calming the witness whilst relaying all she could. Brilliant. Someone should offer this woman a job dealing with such emergencies. Cool headed and precise. I’m so impressed with her. Operator.... please go back and receive more training in order to deal with these high tension situations.

I sense that Brianna's parents were loving and feel for them in their loss. I was just wondering why she wasn't living at home since she was still in high school, but rather with a boyfriend. This is a tragic story. She was very beautiful and everyone said very sweet.
@@carolynwelschOnce a teenager approaches or turns 18 they tend to think since " they are an adult" that means they shouldn't have to follow the rules anymore even though they are living under their parents roof, curfew being a big one especially if dating someone older who doesn't have one. I am only speaking from my own experiences with my own daughter who moved in with her bf the day she turned 18 to "play house", she realized a short time later it wasn't very fun. My thoughts and prayers are with the parents of Brianna , it is the biggest fear in a parents life😔

That’s done for a reason, units are dispatched as soon as the address is given. It’s the 911 operators job to get as much info as possible that is then relayed to the people en route, both as a precautionary measure as well as reporting. They aren’t just sitting their sipping tea
