The old biker philosophy: As you approach a cliff, you see an animal to the left and a human to the right, both clinging to the edge for dear life. You know neither. You only have time to save one. Which do you save , and why? Biker answer: Save the animal. Why? Because no matter what you do after, the animal will always remember you saving it. If you save the human, one day he or she may stab you in the back!
.... and, of course, she drops the old "inappropriate $exual behavior" during the interrogation. Can't say I'm not surprised that she pulled that card 🙄
Exactly! As soooooon as the officer even saw a drop of blood he should have made it a crime scene and not walked around the WHOLE house until detectives arrived
For goodness sake people, when they sit you down in a police interview room and tell you that you're free to go at any time that's when you stand up and leave.
That house should have been assumed a crime scene the minute those cops walked in. What were they thinking ignoring all the signs to an abduction!?? 🤔 Very ignorant approach on their part.
Thank heavens Debbie wouldnt let her take the baby away. She would have been brought up by a psychopath! I hate the cop was siding with her against Debbie! 19 : 20
And they are literally continuously walking over potential evidence. I know they haven’t determined a crime scene but document, document, document before it’s further disturbed…CYA, cover your assets! And when the officer starts getting more concerned call in a detective 🙄…this is why we have so many botched investigations!
Understood & totally agree with you! I’m guessing because it was originally called in as a missing person; plus the neighbor was already there & along with the Father, they didn’t know it was causing the scene to be contaminated. They did in fact see & report to the Officer the blood found in the garage & kitchen along with some hair in David’s room ~ When someone is reported missing, especially an adult, it’s not protocol forCSI to be sent out, but I do understand evidence could’ve been contaminated ~
That's exactly what I thought immediately! They see blood in the garage...and continue to walk through with multiple people contaminating the scene!! Wtaf
when the police say at the beginning of a questioning "just so you know you do not have to be here theres the door if you would like to go" ...your'e not going home
Incompetence? Blood was not “everywhere”, but they took blood samples & photos, retrieved video & digital info, scoured social media, and took witness reports. Within days, detectives were able to get confessions from all involved. Shortly afterward, they secured their convictions. 👏 From an interview, the family seems grateful with no complaints.
I think dad didn’t want to overreact because, truly, it’s a crazy situation for something like this to happen. But the neighbor had no issue throwing that theory out there after watching everything in the weeks/months/years leading up to this!
Dad and neighbor obviously hang out a lot and are close, enough to know the habits of the son with what shows he usually wears, where his wallet normally goes, how he doesn’t just leave a video game on, etc. The guy is far more than just a mere neighbor, he’s that family’s friend.
So it wasn't okay to take her from her daughter's life sometimes but it was okay to take her father from her life permanently. Solid reasoning lady. Now your baby has no parents.
This woman 😂 "we walked to his house and i set him up to open the door, but i pleaded with david Just Cooperate pwease, we just wanted to scare him by brutally assaulting him, i was a hostage too" 😂
The cop in the beginning was so annoying. Literally everyone but him could tell what happened. The neighbor was definitely the MVP and the PI saying "If I had hair it'd be standing up" killed me! Sometimes I feel like if the cops don't come up with the idea that happened first they'll do anything to prove what the believe happened first instead of listening to reason. Like they just want to prove themselves to be better for some reason
14:20" My gut feeling is david grabbed his stuff and tooken off"..Really??? That Neighbor needs to job switch with officer.Officer is doubting all what theyre saying."O it was probably just a nose bleed"what LoL

Neighbor pulled up like a Lead Detective cuz he knows all the tea
Shirtless neighbor has the same vibes as Shannan Watts’ friend that helped them figure out that Chris Watts killed her.
The horrible things human beings do to each other...
They ruined any possibility of that little girl to have a somewhat normal life.
Everyone talks about shirtless dude, but no one talks about a guy talking to LEO wearing a ‘I’m not trying to be difficult’ shirt!
she got hit with the ugly stick way too many times!!!lol
Why are the cops allowing everyone to walk through the entire crime scene?🙄🚔
Because they don't believe it's a crime
@annazaman9657 and that is the problem
Exactly! As soooooon as the officer even saw a drop of blood he should have made it a crime scene and not walked around the WHOLE house until detectives arrived
It's what they do
Cause it's not blood 👀 looks more like ????? Sauce 🤷🏽 mo big deal it's a kitchen floor
14:00 it's crazy how accurate this dude's idea of what happened really was what happened to David....
it’s because they had the PI
For goodness sake people, when they sit you down in a police interview room and tell you that you're free to go at any time that's when you stand up and leave.
Agreed & then get a lawyer, cause later,it' ll be needed!
@Ezinma88 At which point you probably will be arrested.
@@SamanthaLewis-jm3xe absolutely not, they had nothing on her at that point, all she had to do was lawyer up
My thoughts exactly. Don't say a word. Get a lawyer. Let the lawyer speak. I'm just saying.
I know...I can't wrap my head around the fact that she didn't leave and get some advice from an attorney.
What a great friend and neighbor. I feel so bad about the outcome.
So many ppl are killing one another over custody issues.
That house should have been assumed a crime scene the minute those cops walked in. What were they thinking ignoring all the signs to an abduction!?? 🤔 Very ignorant approach on their part.
Shirtless neighbour is quite the character haha
"Fruity cake McSnortie" is one for the books 13:45
😆👏🏼
Dear shirtless neighbor:
Don't go changin', bro.
You are the true hero in this jackassery, and everybody in this chat wants you to know it.
It’s the “if I had hair on my head, it’d be sticking up” for me 😂
Did he call her Fruity Cake McSnorty?? 🤣🤦🏻♀️ Man i wanna move to where Mr shirtless lives
@@MsChanney89 what does that mean?
This is a great modern day example of how not to handle a criminal investigation 😁
Lol shirtless neighbor has got some detective skills.
Hes probably a virgo 😂
Thank heavens Debbie wouldnt let her take the baby away. She would have been brought up by a psychopath! I hate the cop was siding with her against Debbie! 19 : 20
Wow you just had to add the child at the very very end. I wasn’t about to cry until I heard what she said about feathers from her father in heaven 😭😭
The mom is leaving out a huge portion! You don’t just lose full custody and go to supervised visits for nothing
They did in fact see & report to the Officer the blood found in the garage & kitchen along with some hair in David’s room ~
When someone is reported missing, especially an adult, it’s not protocol forCSI to be sent out, but I do understand evidence could’ve been contaminated ~
Exactly 💯. My mind was baffled. How careless. Smh
That's exactly what I thought immediately! They see blood in the garage...and continue to walk through with multiple people contaminating the scene!! Wtaf
Great points
I’m sure that this contributes to only 50% of murders being solved as well. 🤷🏼♀️
when the police say at the beginning of a questioning "just so you know you do not have to be here theres the door if you would like to go" ...your'e not going home
What an awful way to die, he must have been so scared.
There is blood everywhere and the cops are like ok, see you later. Incompetence
Its the American way. 😂😂
@@leannemo7382they didn't find his poor body for months:(
"She's a hostage too " as she gets dropped off...😂
She keeps talking about her daughter when the cops keep asking about David hmmm
Yep she kept turning it around didn’t she? Deflection at its finest!
Great minds think alike 👍🏽
Please tell me I don't have to look at that face on the screen all the way through this... I won't make it lol
😂
I absolutely concur!!!😮
The detectived constatly interrupting anf talking over one another is such poor technique.
Seriously that was so odd. They both wanted to be in the drivers seag
I totally agree...I would have said...Give Me A Lawyer Now!!!¡ ...and hopefully they would have gotten reprimanded for poor investigation techniques
Right? It was infuriating the way they kept not only interrupting, but also raising their voices to ensure they won the battle of who should speak!
59:30 you know when the Detective's start pulling their chair closer you're F**KED!
lol
Yeah, she manipulated crazy Frankie into getting rid of her ex.
Agreed! She teed him up, wound his feelings into a tight ball, and then set him loose at David’s house. Manipulative woman!
@@julieloucalcote1368it's called dangling the punani here and there and using his feelings to get what she wanted.
@@chrislong8559 men are so weak
I’m so annoyed by her tears. This man literally DIED because of her and she’s down playing her role. Absolutely no. Straight to jail.

Ha Ha Ha. I did the same. I kept reading it over and over. 😂
Same!
FUGAZE
Me to lol
.ikr.
If my kid were ever missing i would want the neighbor helping me find them he seems like the best neighbor ever
Hilariously unflattering photo of the killer.
ho ho ho
I noticed that too. Now in interview she is a different weight. Could be working out, could be drugs
lmao 😂 so true
THEIR SPOON FEEDING HER A CONVICTION!!!!! 🤣
The neighbor is a HUGE help over dad
I think dad didn’t want to overreact because, truly, it’s a crazy situation for something like this to happen. But the neighbor had no issue throwing that theory out there after watching everything in the weeks/months/years leading up to this!
Dad and neighbor obviously hang out a lot and are close, enough to know the habits of the son with what shows he usually wears, where his wallet normally goes, how he doesn’t just leave a video game on, etc.
The guy is far more than just a mere neighbor, he’s that family’s friend.
@@TwoBsan awesome family friend!
So it wasn't okay to take her from her daughter's life sometimes but it was okay to take her father from her life permanently. Solid reasoning lady. Now your baby has no parents.
The investigators do more talking than listening. They keep talking over Frank and not letting Frank finish a statement.
Hardly, his statement(s) "I don't know, I didn't kill him" 😂
Exactly
Omg, that is sooo frustrating.
They also poke each other like little boys do lol
@@ErnaSaric-br9km they truly did behave like little boys…gesturing and poking etc. They looked like extreme amateurs
You do a terrific job on these documentaries on these crime , like all the real footage of the real people.
That neighbor boy, he is a true crime junkie like me. He got everything figured out😮😮
This woman 😂 "we walked to his house and i set him up to open the door, but i pleaded with david Just Cooperate pwease, we just wanted to scare him by brutally assaulting him, i was a hostage too" 😂
Smdh proposterous ! 🎉😅
I find doctors are also like this.
I am at the 6:31 mark and I must say that the neighbor has cracked the case......everyone else seems to be lost
14:20" My gut feeling is david grabbed his stuff and tooken off"..Really??? That Neighbor needs to job switch with officer.Officer is doubting all what theyre saying."O it was probably just a nose bleed"what LoL

I’ve seen the term “tooken” in a few crime channels. Maybe a new word????
@ladidi9632 why do people think tooken is a word? Who started this?
The saddest part of this whole thing is that all of them were dysfunctional and it makes you wonder how the little girl will end up as an adult.
the guilty ones always talk too much lol
I see that Kelley has been on the "meth diet."
Indeed
This neighbor is genius!❤
