It shall result in making progress by affirming yield. There are four types of sensors used in Industrial Automation- Temperature sensor, Pressure sensor , MEMS sensor and Torque Sensor.

I am looking for a sensor that warns me when a pulley i cant see stops moving. I looked at a hall sensor but that measure s speed i need something that will set a buzzer off if it stops moving. Any ideas? Thanks

you can use proximity sensor or any speed sensing device, then hook it up with a frequency converter to get 4-20mA which corresponds to actual speed.
when it reaches 0 speed, it will be 4 ma, the PLC can be programmed to activate a buzzer or anything.
