Had a way older door , but you sparked an idea and helped , it seems all door have some similar lock spring system you have to push and press from both sides till you find it, thank you for this !
Yes…a constant green light on a fob/card reader is generally a sign that the card reader is sending a continuous activation signal to the control. This could also happen with transmitters and switches that malfunction on handicap push pads which also will keep the SX panels from closing.
I have an automatic sliding door it works perfectly but it has a popping sound when it opens and close so how to fix it or what is the problem if you have an idea.
Not sure. Every scenario is different. I think the popping sound might be the lock latching? If you open up the header, try to find what is making the popping sound.

I have a Stanley automatic sliding door with a constant opening and closing
The motion sensor has an obstruction or may be defective.
They try to close and sense something then open
Show where the door controller is. You already had it opened.

my door make a lot of noise when open but more when close.. what can be?
Is it grinding noise or squeak?
When the key badge stays green, is that telling the door to open?
Yes, or there might be a motion sensor that is doing that as well. But generally green means that the system is unlocked
