Excellent videos. Excuse a bit of old fartery, but I have at last qualified for that. Your concept of subsonic loads is similar to the long range,/ low velocity loads of David Garrard in the 1970s. He reckoned 950fps was enough mv for no 4 lead. See e.g p97 of Cartridge Loading published in 1978. Of course, he had much less component choice to work with, but at least we still had Uk made Nobel powders in those days. I shall be giving your recipes a try in my midland sxs with 2.75 chambers, if I can get some Titewad. Keep up the good work.
I use Parmesan cheese buffer keeps it nice and tight.
I wish manufacturers would step up suppressor technology for shotguns is not as taboo as it once was...
Not sure there is a big demand so the motivation may not be there?

@@simonsaorsa Titewad is available and very cheap (trade descriptions act!) at Clay and Game. Happy loading!
Hi. Does it pattern well with the cork wad? So used to seeing a cupped wad.
@@1kropotkin it throws nice patterns in both shot types. Pleasant surprise on the bismuth. I thought it might need a cup but nice even pattern
I have some bismuth to load up so will try the cork wads. Great for the marsh instead of plastic. Does the buffer add pressure?
@@1kropotkin a little bit but the pressure is very low anyway it’s not much of a worry.
Have the proof results come back yet? Curious on that 1-1/8oz bismuth load.
@@saltcreekammo yes they’re at the end of the film. Just scroll to the end mate
@@CumbrianWildfowler my bad! Thanks Nick
@@saltcreekammosorry there is a long delay on the data sheets coming up. My fault.
