the random clipping on the exterior is the large roof trim :) you can fix it by making the roof flush with the wall or choosing a thinner roof trim
As someone who always builds huge bedrooms and bathrooms - i feel attacked 😂
I love the laundry being behind the bathroom. It's a random bit that just makes it feels realistic for no reason.
I am SHOCKED you didn’t put your fav. mirror where the bag hooks were in that huge bedroom, or in that room at all.

I think the big room on top could have been really cool as a shared bedroom between kids! Then kid clutter and toys could fill up empty spaces in the rest of the house :)

I'm pretty sure you can do the spandrels straight onto a wall, and it auto deletes the wall, then you just add your columns to the side.
I learned somewhere that if the roof clips into the house, it means that the ceiling is missing on some part. So I delete or put the roof piece aside and redo the ceiling for the room and it always fixes that problem for me.

I didn’t have a perfect image of a dream house until this build
you can place a full wall, place columns, and then apply spandrels.
it will automatically replace the wall only between the columns and it should apply the edging automatically as well
