What is rarely mentioned about Kevin Hart is that he wouldn't have gotten to where is he is if he wasn't insanely good looking, and good looking in a way that is not intimidating to other men, like Henry Cavil, Channing Tatum, or a younger George Clooney. In other words, a lot of Hollywood producers are gay/bi males and Kevin Hart looks like the type of guy who even straight men would like to see drop the soap in prison if they had to pick a choice of any guy in the world to drop the soap in front of you. He's good looking, short, well built, seems friendly and full of chocolatey goodness. If Kevin Hart looked like Louis CK, he'd have to be as good as Louis CK to be successful. If Louis CK's comedy and acting skills were like Kevin Hart's, no one would have heard of him.
You could say this about SO many 'actors' though. Jeff Goldblum, Steve Martin, The Rock, Robert Downey Junior, Chris Pratt, Ryan Reynolds etc SO MANY who are playing one character across different films. You know what you're going to get once they've been cast. This is especially true for American actors who weren't properly trained but simply fell into it to aid their relevance.
Kevin Hart isn’t an actor, he’s a comedian.. he plays the same role to make people laugh, same as someone like Chris Farley or Ryan Reynolds. They are themselves. Not actors; comedians.

True Story was underrated, but it's a pretty nice breath of fresh air. He finally delicates to a serious role, being a character who has to make hard choices without the undertone of comedy.

Kevin Hart works in stand up. His specials Laugh at my Pain, Grown Little Man and Seriously Funny are good. I mean, he’s no Eddie Murphy but still, they are good. Kevin Hart in movies does not work. I can’t think of a single Kevin Hart movie I’ve seen where I enjoyed him nor his character in it. Full disclosure, I’ve seen about 3 of his movies before I just gave up. Somehow for me personally, his ability to do stand up does not successfully translate to movies. I must be the minority though because they keep paying him the big bucks to act like the most obnoxious version of himself and the movies do well.
Suggestions: Gal Gadot solo video, Will Ferrel, Leslie jones, Melissa McCarthy, post Captain America Chris Evans, Megan Fox, and the worst offender, Denzel Washington.
What I find interesting about Denzel is that yes, he often plays the same role but I still am never put off by this. I enjoy him in everything I see. I am never annoyed by his repetitive roles he takes. He’s generally charismatic and like able which might be why I feel this way. I used to feel the same way about Will Ferrel up until like 10 years ago and now I can’t stand him in things.
at least he has character and he is not bland. he shows emotion with every word he says to make you believe it for example he knows to act tired, lazy, happy, sad and angry. with what your saying I would say kevin doesn't fully commit to his characters passion and drive he replaces those with the 3 main points you mention. yes he has no range but he is more than those 3 points.

“Full of chocolatey goodness” is insane verbage 😭😭💔💔
Plot twist: Narrator is playing into his “range” series by proving that it is not He or Kevin Hart that is range-less , it is us as an audience…
I like that you put a positive spin on the ending
Katt Williams is eating popcorn watching this video right now 🤣
The rock is the exact same, bro just plays himself
You could say this about SO many 'actors' though.
Jeff Goldblum, Steve Martin, The Rock, Robert Downey Junior, Chris Pratt, Ryan Reynolds etc SO MANY who are playing one character across different films. You know what you're going to get once they've been cast. This is especially true for American actors who weren't properly trained but simply fell into it to aid their relevance.
I feel like Kevin Hart is just a watered up version of Chris Tacker😂
Kevin Hart isn’t an actor, he’s a comedian.. he plays the same role to make people laugh, same as someone like Chris Farley or Ryan Reynolds. They are themselves. Not actors; comedians.
You should give Hart credit for at least trying to test his range unlike other actors lol.
You obviously never watched “FIGHT NIGHT.”
...and True Story with wesley Snipes, I dont think my my man has watched any of those.
This guy is criticizing actors that they have no range but ever since that one viral video about actors having no range, he’s making the same video over and over again. Kinda interesting.
Hypocrisy doesn’t invalidate criticism
This guy has no range? 😂
Well, it's not about him doing the same thing over and over again, it's about how creative he gets with every video.
Moist wears the same shirt every video, internet anarchist has the same titles, MrBeast does completely outlandish "challenges" for supposed lucky winners. If you got a thing, with mounts of content to pull from, it really doesn't matter. Plus it's not like he says the same exact points for every actor. Lots of big names to talk about and the lack of range for their work, individually, is more than enough.
Wooooah its almost like thats the joke
His role in fight night was good
This is CAP. Kevin Hart has proved that he has range and he can truly put on an emotional performance. I acknowledge that you did give him some praise but saying he has no range is a huge slight
Be so fucking fr
I always say Kevin Hart doesn’t play characters he just plays Kevin Hart
If you do Zendaya next, I'll cheer louder than I did when Tobey Maguire returned as Spider-Man
Bruh fr me too
Gosh! Zendaya is an absolute tragedy. She is not only lacking range, but is lacking charisma and likability.
@@catchmeintherye2102damn, she lost the charisma from Shake it up & KC undercover? I haven’t watched her new stuff but euphoria, dune and the tennis one don’t seem like roles where she’d need it
@@catchmeintherye2102damn you must've thought tobeys mj was better than the zendaya mj hold the L 🤦♂️
@@rockymontanagarciamane Kristen Dunst has better range than Zendunce will ever have she’s just herself in every role
I think he works really well on snl. Idk why but whenever he works with tim Robinson it's just perfect
just wanted to say that kevin hart CAN play other roles but it’s either the director doesn’t want him to and just wants to be the funny guy or he chooses to
Can you do one of these on Helen Hunt? She has no range but for some reason Hollywood loved that in the 90s and even threw an Oscar at her.
I halfway disagree Kevin in comedy roles isnt anything new but his most recent shows like Fight Night showed a huge amount of range. Many people didn’t watch it because it wasn’t his typical role, didn’t see it mentioned here so curious the amount of effort put into this instead of slapping a generalization on an easy target.
The mental image of Kevin Hart playing Hamlet got me HOWLING, the image was so clear and so cursed
Awkwafina is a prim example of "no range" acting
Gawd, she annoys the crap out of me, and it's not even her fault.
True Story was underrated, but it's a pretty nice breath of fresh air. He finally delicates to a serious role, being a character who has to make hard choices without the undertone of comedy.
Finally, it's longer then 4 minutes.
Watching Kevin Hart movies with the mindset of multiversal Kevin Hart. Different name/profession/universe but still Kevin Hart. Makes things a lot more interesting.
when the video essayist has no range..........
This is a interesting topic because on the flip side there are some elite premium actors that basically play themselves every movie. Denzel Washington, Al Pacino, Robert Deniro
Bro was featured on reddit for having no range😂😂😂
Ngl when bro said "...short guy energy that has been weaponized" I lost it... How can anyone say that without laughing? xd
I will not accept any blasphemy from Central Intelligence, that movie is one of my favorites for how stupid it is
Right it was supposed to be stupid so if someone hates it they are not the target audience
Kevin Hart: Into the Hartiverse
John krasinski and Chris Patt.
I don’t think Chris Pratt is that bad tbh
Krasinski and Pratt both have range
@@MOOO_421 not at all. Staring dead pan at the camera or silent stoic CIA, apocalypse father, etc.. is not range.
Same issue with Pratt. It's either parks and rec comic routine or CIA, apocalypse father.
@@Neutralrealist8545I just wouldn't categorize them as no range. Unlike someone like Kevin hart who plays variations of himself in every role. Both Pratt and kransiski actually try. That even if they're cast in similar archetypes. They try
Watch Pratt in Terminal List. Totally different guy.
I will say. Him in fatherhood was an incredible look at some of his range.
Great video
Kevin Hart is an actor? Now you want me to believe the Rock is an actor, too? C'mon
When The TH-camr Has No Range.......
I'm no Kevin Hart fan, but he was amazing in Fight Night, he actually showed a lot of range in that series.
When TH-camr Has No New Ideas.........
He is what he’s describing lol
Loool he’s just going down the list of the horseman he’s mentioned in his videos. He’s just completing one idea actually? Rest.
Don't you have a street to shit in
@@jamesduffy7549😭😭
When is the clip about The Rock coming then?
I agree with everything except the voice acting bunny role. That shit was WAY different than his usual stuff
"Or rather, the very SMALL man."
Bro said it with such malicious intent lmao
"Kevin Hart doesn't adapt to the role, the role adapts to Kevin Hart." 10 out of 10 jemywemy. Also, Kevin Hart sucks.
You know what I really dislike? Video essayists with no range. They make one video that pops off and decide that "This is going to be my gimmick now".
Suggestions: Gal Gadot solo video, Will Ferrel, Leslie jones, Melissa McCarthy, post Captain America Chris Evans, Megan Fox, and the worst offender, Denzel Washington.
I'd remove Denzel from this list. Him as Malcom X and Roman J Esquire alone prove he has range.
I was joking about the inclusion of Denzel. He definitely does not belong anywhere on a list that contains Megan Fox and Melissa McCarthy.
@@shayisenor6896this is how I feel about Keanu Reeves.
What about sydney sweeney ?
at least he has character and he is not bland. he shows emotion with every word he says to make you believe it for example he knows to act tired, lazy, happy, sad and angry. with what your saying I would say kevin doesn't fully commit to his characters passion and drive he replaces those with the 3 main points you mention. yes he has no range but he is more than those 3 points.
Kevin Hart is what happens when you give an incredibly average comedian a large film presence
The wedding ringer was hilarious though, that one I give him.
Watered down G rated Martin Lawerence

I'm so glad we're over the era of Kevin Hart saving the day through his silly antics

When the TH-camr has no range........
Agreed, but I think he did a good job in the upside, which had a more serious tone.
Kevin hart really helped me in moments where I was down .. I don't care if he is a bad actor .. ❤
Brilliant analysis 😂
This TH-cam channel has no range....
😂😂😂😂
Kevin Hart would be great in a very serious war film. Every army brigade in the world has a Kevin Hart. It doesn’t matter how crazy things get, someone is always hilarious, and the audience gets a laugh even when the soldiers don’t. Source: 3 tours
Can you do when actor has range
It would break the whole joke : a series of nearly identical videos about actors who only play nearly identical roles. In a few words : "When the youtuber has no range".
I think Kevin did a great job in the recent limited series Fight Night. Hopefully he tries more projects like that in the future
When a TH-camr has no range. You have to be aware of the irony of you doing these right?
Bro talk about getting roasted in the most logical way 😂
When The TH-camr Has No Range.........
The only time i have ever seen Kevin Heart disappeared into a role was when he played Silas in Epic Movie (2007) almost nobody knew it was him...
🤣🤣🤣
Man u gotta be more creative with the title of the videos like bruh
“Short guy energy that has been weaponised” 😂😂
Omg this video is HILARIOUS ASF . Sides hurt 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 def adding this to my favorites 😂
The thumbnail made it seem like it was talking about dwayne and fully expected it to be a dwayne the rock roasting session
Completely on point except for when he's in a miniseries, like Netflix's True Story or Peacock's Fight Night. You gotta give him that
Kevin has range he's shown in multiple projects he has range but you have to remember Kevin Hart is a comedian first actor second
